Terrible Terrible location! Drove around the place for over an hour! Sitting on the corner of Custer and legacy, Custer and independence back and forth, only to find it's somewhere in an apartment? Phone doesn't work, hangs up on you? I'm going to Joe's stolen watch shop S Dallas. At least I can find it and the phone works!!!

While they allude to the fact that they are purveyors and restorers of luxury swiss watches, at most I would reluctantly get a battery change on a Swatch at this establishment. I wanted to change a bezel on my vintage GMT and brought it here expecting a quick turnaround given that it didn't seem a complicated installation. What happened next turned out to be an ordeal. The turnaround was much longer than quoted with a lack of communication. When I finally picked up my watch, things seemed amiss. The installation was done rather poorly with movement of the bezel near impossible. I had provided a vintage bezel to be installed and the one on my watch was quite clearly not the one I had brought in which was confirmed by comparing it to pictures from the dealer I had purchased it fromI tried to clarify things via e-mail though many times they would not respond or only ask to call. Sometimes it would take several emails to get a response with rather curt replies. I brought up to them that I was considering legal action. Their tone changed rapidly as did their response time. They claimed they had tried calling and emailing me several times notifying me about the bezel switch. Apparently now my vintage bezel was sitting in a box in their possession that they took upon themselves to keep. The mendacity of their claims was rather obvious. If you have a timepiece of any value, I would suggest avoiding this place. Use an authorized dealer or others without such ill repute. Again if you just need that battery changed on your fine quartz watch or a complicated strap switch head over here.

The reason for 5 stars is that's all that's allowed. I had an old self winding Swiss watch, with a broken crown (which I learned is the little knob that lets you set the time). I don't know the name of the young man who helped me, but he reminded me of Ted Lasso (who is nicer or a better guy than Ted?) and he was very knowledgeable about the watch and very, very talented. He took it apart and installed a new crown in no time flat while I watched. Truly, he is an artist! Don't go anywhere else!

Took my Breitling Navitimer in with a clasp that wouldn't close. I spoke with Dan. He was knowledgeable and professional, and fixed it in minutes free of charge. I also left him with my Panerai for refinishing, a complicated piece with both satin and stainless steel case, and a significant amount of damage. Dan said they will definitely take some time with this one. I'm glad they recognize and explain the amount of detail and attention necessary for some of these finer timepieces. Well done.

Had the best experience at Swiss Watch repair. I came in with my Rolex that I've had for 30+ years and the clasp was broken from an accident - or so I thought. Dan took the watch back and it turned out both my spring bars to my lug holes were loose! Dan was kind enough to give me new spring bars at no charge. He didn't even know this was my late husband's watch that I have been wearing for the last 15 years:)

We were in need of watch repair for a Rolex. I found Swiss Watch Repairs online and decided to give them a try based on their reviews. The reviews were spot on! We were greeted promptly by Dan who quickly assessed the watch, knew what was wrong, and fixed it right away. I am going to recommend them to all my friends and family for watch repair AND they sell beautiful watches. Great experience!!

I found Swiss Watch Repairs on Google, and I'm so glad I did! I met Joseph, and he was knowledgeable, efficient, but most importantly, extremely kind. Would highly recommend seeing him for any watch repair! Just make sure to turn into the Allstate building parking lot.

Very pricey. They wanted $35 to put a battery in a $65 Timex watch.

I've used Swiss Watch Repair for several years. They've serviced several of my Swiss watches (routine maintenance every couple of years). But they recently let me down. Here's what happened. I brought a Swiss watch in for some work (one that they've worked on before), but apparently now they can't get parts for this brand. I emailed after about a month and did not hear back, so I assumed it was being repaired (it wasn't). After 3 months of no responses, they emailed and said they found my emails in their junk folder. I guess that's possible, but we've emailed back and forth previously with no problems. Anyway, I was told the watch hadn't been worked on at all. I retrieved the watch and shipped it to the manufacturer's US service center. (I suppose Swiss Watch Repair could have offered to ship it to the service center for me, but didn't.) As a customer, it is my belief that as soon as they knew they couldn't do the work, they should have contacted me - all that information was on the service ticket. It should not have taken 3 months to get an update. Based on my past experience with Swiss Watch Repair, I would have them 5 stars. But this most recent experience was more of a 2-star review - lots of things could have been done better.
