Tony is a wonderful loan officer. Being as a 1st time owner is very stressful for me. Tony took time to understand that being a new grad in healthcare field right after covid was very difficult with multiple job transitions. He spent a lot of time to help us to understand what he can or cannot approve each step and/or backup plan. He served as an excellent adviser to ask anything question about the perfect or worst situation might happen on the house buying process. He was in charge as a group discussion and connect all team members and made everyone on the same page with one purpose only is helping the buyer and make buyer be happy. Justin was just so knowledgeable and accepted me reaching out to him any time any day. I'm the type of person that really likes to get into the details of a contract and what all of the numbers mean and Justin was able to provide me exhaustive, accurate explanation every single time. Having that is a rarity and it was by far the easiest loan experience that I've ever had because he was able to answer any and all questions I could come up with in a timely manner. On top of that he was honest from beginning to end on what the cost of the loan was going to be on the month to month and even made considerations about how the mortgage would change over time for things like the property tax assessment after the sale even though that's something that the bank doesn't control. That clarity allowed me to make the most informed decisions when buying my home, and I can't reccomend him enough.

Pam Anderson, is the absolute best! If you want to work with someone that will have your back, answer all your questions, and will walk you through the process step by step, she is the one to go to. We were first time home buyers and lost. COMPLETELY LOST. She took the time to not only explain but break everything down for us. The level of patience Pam has, is a God send.
