Their machines will take your money and they will not give it back to you despite them having a sign that says to notify staff if an error occurs. Judging by the other reviews, this seems to be a known issue with this place.

Always come here and staff are always friendly. One particular day, two of the machines said Err 2 after I put my money in. I clicked on start again and one of the machines started its cycle, and the other reset on it’s own and was asking for money. So I called the woman working here and she said that I should have just called her when the error message popped up and that now since the machine reseted on it’s own that I would have to pay again. So I asked to speak to the man who is always working here. He explained to me that when they do say “err 2” I would have to call a staff member to assist and he put in the the money the machine asked for.
Now the woman came back to me. And started scolding me and saying that I needed to pay for that machine again and that the man who helped me got money from him own pocket to pay for the machine. I don’t appreciate how this woman came back to me and talked the way she did after the issue was already resolved.

The water never came to wash my clothes. I went to Rizos laundry. If I could give 0 STARS I would give it that.

If you pay to get your laundry done they will definitely lose your clothes. It happened once and I gave them a second try. This time my bags weighed less and the lady said they weigh less when you fold them which 3rd science tells us that’s insane for an adult to even think. Either weigh… be careful, they will lose your stuff and then shrug their shoulders like “idk what you want me to do now”

Took a dog bed to get it wash… they told me they could wash it. I picked it up and it was just wet. Not clean. Stains and dog hair still on it. They did not even try to wash it properly.

I wash my clothes and the prejudice Mexican Man was standing there act like he dont work there and being rude and disrespectful talking about you you finish I said naw he said get your stuff and go ain't going back there anymore I will call on him too washer good but you have to pay 1 coin to dry up your clothes

Some of the washing machines do not work as they should, the soap does not go completely into the washing machine, more than half remains at the end of the washing cycle, I asked for help to solve the problem, but the employee could not do anything I sent a msg to the owner and did not receive a response, I asked for the contact information of the
business owner and they refused.

This is a super clean laundromat with new machines in all sizes. .25 for 20 min dryers is a real value.
Nice young woman working there and friendly people doing their laundry.
