I absolutely love this little Mexican hole in the wall market. I come here for their ready to go, freshly made carnitas. I can pick up all the trimmings that go with tacos de carnitas, like fresh onion, cilantro, lime & fresh house- made salsa. But what REALLY stands out is their REAL tortillería! They have authentic, Mexican style, fresh made tortillas, in-house! And they offer both corn AND flour varieties, as well as wheat tortillas on Wednesdays, I believe. Also, usually have the best & freshest avacados in our neighborhood! This little hidden gem is a little piece of México, right here in East Dallas!

Terrible service, the butcher shop workers serve you reluctantly. I have been buying here for years and their service was always good and the meats were very delicious but there are those workers who have to, if they feel like it, they no longer want to sell to you, you ask them for something and They make bad faces at you instead of delivering they start criticizing the customers and they are just standing no one wants to serve you I have been going to x pressed chicharrón for 4 times in a row and they always tell me that they can't sell it to me and the 2 guys who are there are always just sitting down eating but they never want to send you I'm sorry but I won't buy here again because of their bad service

I don't know that a single line for cold meats and prepared food is absurd. a detail the Menudo with enough cumin? I had never had that taste. Apart from that everything is very good ✌?they need better organization and girls it's customer service less attitude more SMILES!!! It is a work area, we are not in their homes….

Lately the employees of this place between cashiers and in the butcher shop have such a bad mood, those ladies send you away with a bitter face! If we like their work or they don't pay them well, get out of there... but don't everyone get that bad mood...

People don't use any type of cards here. Your will get scammed. My mom had to report fraud to her SNAP. THEY took all her SNAP stamps.

A few years ago there was a super friendly manager, a lovely order for the tortillas, the employees had a way to deliver, you made a complaint and she listened to you and helped. I had a problem with the huge line that we have to wait for a package of tortillas for more than 30 minutes. and the girls at the butcher shop are very rude, the cashiers, you don't know if they are, they don't have a uniform, I talked to Mr. Manuel to complain and his response was, there are more stores, go to Michoacan if you don't like it, my husband doesn't speak English and worse, he couldn't help him because does not speak I am very disappointed with the treatment we received from my favorite store for more than 10 years

When you buy meat, check carefully the price that you think is correct. Because the time I went, I bought about 4 Chicken libraries and when they charged me it was 81 and I had to tell them or they would charge me more. Apart from that, those who deliver do not help and they ignore one

The women who work in this place always have very unfriendly faces...especially those in the butcher department. If there were friendlier people it would be more pleasant to shop in this store. Well, they have very good products that cannot be found anywhere else. The tortillas are delicious.

I bought such ugly carnitas, the hard skins looked like they were made of vinegar, the intestines tasted and smelled horrible, we chopped them and they had excrement ??they don't wash them inside and the ones that ship very slowly they just gossip change those who prepare the horrible carnitas before They were delicious at the moment they are only parboiled and the leathers are hard.. ??

In the butcher shop they have an old chap who is rude and doesn't feel like working, they should send her to study so that her work doesn't weigh so much on her. I won't return to this store. ?
