Bought some boots and skis online, needed the boots fitted and skis mounted.
Bryce was super helpful and informative on what I needed to look for with my new boots; I learned a lot and took some good advice. Didn’t feel like I was being upsold, but bought some additional gear based on the information presented.

I went in the this store to due gather information about ski boots and walked out with new boots and a boot bag! Graham and Bryce are experts on all things ski related! Both spent a lot of time letting me try on multiple pairs of boots. When I settled on a pair Graham custom fit them to my feet. I am super happy with my purchase and will be back in the fall so Graham and Bryce can fit my boots to my bindings and get my skis in tip top shape for ski season!

I ordered a bike here for my son’s birthday and it was lost temporarily in shipment. Graham at the Dallas location kept track of it and not only reached out to me to confirm when it arrived, but requested it be put at the front of the line for assembly so it was ready in time for my son’s birthday. Over and above customer service and my son loves his new Cannondale!

I initially review the Dallas Sun and Ski location 5 years ago. I commented on the service and the prices being great. I have to say, their bike shop continues to set the standard! I've moved to a different city, and have been to several, solid shops. As we all know, the biking community is great, but there have been countless times that I've missed being close to this shop! I keep making my way back to this shop.
The other day, I dropped my bike off after an event, and there was Jeff and Tony. Jeff is great at active listening. I asked for advice and he and Tony tag-teamed to drop some real wisdom on me! Jeff, Tony, and Glen were all there when I picked up. Not only was pricing far better than what I expected, enabling me to get a new helmet, but I had an opportunity to get an adjustment tutorial. I really don't think you can top this shop in the area.

Unfortunately, I must share a very negative experience with this bike shop, where unprofessional handling of my equipment resulted in irreparable damage. I took my tubeless bike tire in for inflation and sealant addition, a procedure they had previously performed without any issues. However, this time, I received my tire back with the rim noticeably broken.
The only plausible explanation is significant negligence on the part of the staff by over-inflating the tire. This not only left me with considerable damage requiring costly repair but also casts doubt on the staff's ability to properly handle specialized equipment. I am deeply disappointed that a standard procedure was mishandled so badly, and I feel compelled to warn other cyclists about this establishment. I hope that in the future, the shop will implement measures to ensure that the staff is adequately trained and that customers' equipment is treated with the care it deserves.

This is the place to go if you’re looking for GREAT customer service and very knowledgeable and friendly workers. I have purchased bikes from here and recently had some repairs done another one.
The staff was amazing and explained in detail about what I needed and the options. I won’t mention the other places I’ve gone and was treated so/so at best.
The whole experience with multiple staff members was great. Lifetime customer!

I specifically drive 2 hours to this location because of how helpful and knowledgeable Graham has been for me and my family. We have been Skiing for a little over 4 years now and I can’t recommend a better place to go to for all your skiing needs than this location.
