I would've ordered my smock from somewhere else if I'd have known it was going to take this long. I called 3 times within 3 weeks to get an update, you put me on hold each time and told me I'd get it by the upcoming Wednesday and that I'd get tracking info by email when they ship it. I didn't get any email by then so I know my package hasn't been sent, let alone touched.. the least you could do was email me back, or even at all! Customer service lied to me 3 times about when I'd get my package. Never ordering from you again, and I recommend others not to order here either unless you have an extra month to wait for it, even after they promised it'd be there 3 weeks earlier!

The worst customer service ? that you can ever receive. they was very inconsiderate people. I ordered seven capes which should have been leopard print only to receive a plan gold color which is very much not my style ?all that to say the lady on the phone decided to go back and forward with me, so I had to be the civilized one .and just ask her what should I do??? and she said just ship it back… Only to find out that I had to pay for shipment?

This place doesn’t practice fair business at all. Their website clearly states the stylist jacket is $22.99. When I arrived to order, the “Manager”, stated the jacket cost more. She also stated they are working on it.I drove 25 minutes to purchase 10 jackets for my school. I WILL never order from them and I will advise others not to. You lost a potential continuous customer.Updated: I went to Gavson which is 3 minutes away. They have basic salon apparel which is what I needed.Try Amazon or Betty Dain

I’ve been ordering from stylist wear for years now. I love the change in ownership! Customer service has made a complete 100% turn around for the better!!!! I was able to call up and order when I experienced an issue with online ordering. The owner was a gem :) I use the grooming smocks as my company uniform and they are long lasting and durable. Thank you for all your hard work and great product!

I have been ordering from Stylist Wear for years. I first saw their products at a Grooming Show. I liked the quality and the price, so I've been ordering from them ever since. The staff is friendly and their customer service is very helpful.

John came out a did a fitting for our shop to make sure everyone’s smocks would fit. I was able to send a logo to them and it took just a few days for them to get all of our smocks ready, embroidered, and shipped out. Overall great customer service and I recommend them to everyone in the DFW area :)

They deserve 0 stars. Ordered a custom smock for an event and was promised over several phone calls that I would have it on time. When it still hadn't shipped 2 days prior to the event and they were still promising it on time I cancelled. It showed up the next week with a charge for overnight shipping. I'm still fighting with them to get $85 back for 1 smock that they couldn't make in time.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Tried to place a modified order over 2 months ago. That was taking too long to hear back from their "design department". Ok scratch that, just send plain ones. Told us numerous times it was being sent out. Called numerous times and just last week they said the items were backordered and they were waiting on fabric to be sent from overseas which is strange since tags says "made in Thailand". Overall very UNIMPRESSED with jackets, way overpriced for what you get and $11 for shipping is outrageous. If you like the style, find them on a different site that carries the line.
