WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE EVER!!! BARBARA VESTAL IS THE WORST STYLIST EVER!!!! I went to Barbara Vestal to get less than a trim on my hair and walked out looking like Dora. I've been doing hair for 4 years and never encountered someone so rude and incoherent. When I begged her to fix it, she defended her horrible work. No customer service at all. When I asked for a refund, she said my card had already been processed. Which is a lie because I paid cash. DO NOT GO HERE unless you intend on enlisting in the navy shortly after.

I asked for a silk press and got American horror story S1. Long story short my hair was stiff and a lot ended up getting cut off. Hated it.

The worst hair experience in my life. I should’ve known better. Barbra the stylist - I needed a dusting(less than a trim) on my brand new extensions I had done just days before. I walk in to a stylist room, I can tell the place hasn’t been updated in a while it was dated. The stylist was certain of her skills when I asked her if she could do as I asked. I show her exactly what I need trimmed then explained that this was NEW HAIR & NEW EXTENSIONS I just paid a grand for. I sat down hoping for the best. She starts separating my hair and I asked her what she was doing. My stylist has me stand up, without parting because that’s how the hair will look when worn. She said people who don’t do this are cutting corners. I felt a huge chunk of my hair get cut off and there was no turning back. I let her even it out hoping it would look decent. It just got worse after that. She didn’t understand what I meant when I said I wanted texture in my ends after she blunt cut my hair. I’ll post pictures. Trying not to panic I said I liked it, I got up and paid her and ran home. We exchanged cards, I was trying to be nice and maybe refer her clients because I’m in the industry. I get home and look in the mirror & just cry. I text the stylist showing her how bad the cut was and she goes full crazy. No customer service skills whatsoever. She defends her work and says it’s what I wanted. Being totally disrespectful to the fact she had just ruined my hair. I text a picture to my stylist and she said, honestly “that stylist or salon should fix this”. Did they? Nope. They didn’t even try to help me. I have been up there twice asking for some sort of manager or owner to show them how their employees act. Since they are rented rooms they basically said it was a problem I had to handle with Barbra( which I tried to and she threatened the POLICE on me). I’m left with no one to talk to except this very rude man. He wouldn’t even get off the phone or look me in the eyes when I asked to speak to someone with authority there. It took me having to say that I was calling TDRL for any help. He said twice the owners would reach out to me and of course never did. Do not waste your time at this awful Establishment. Absolute worst customer service and in adequate stylist. I don’t know how she has an license. I don’t know how this place is open. All I wanted was my hair to be replaced. Shame on you guys.

A seasoned professional. She takes time to do your hair and makes you feel special, as opposed to rushing you out of the door. I've been coming to her for years and she always delivers top-notch results! Highly recommended if you're seeking a quality, yet affordable, hair care stylist.

Apparently their idea of customer service means hanging up on clients, or literally unplugging their phone in order to avoid any sort of responsibility for their negligence.

I went to have Norma cut and color my hair for the first time today. I loved someone else's hair she had done, and she did not disappoint! She was welcoming and my hair is perfect! Great color and great style! I will definitely go back to her again!

Very disappointing. Owner barely could get off phone to assist me. How can you not have any stylists available in the middle of the week during the day? There was a man standing by the door when I came in who looked as if he was looking for work. The place looks huge but very run down and dated. Probably will not return. As I explained to him, I came on the bus and do not see it being worth another trip.
