I empathize for the employees as it’s a tough situation to keep up with the demand. That said, they didn’t seem to care that people had waited 30 minutes for mobile orders. Lots of orders just left behind due to flights. I’d suggest either improving the process or giving a more realistic timeframe when it’s expected.

Haven't been to a Starbucks this bad so far. Ordered 2 HOT double shot espresso and 1/2" half and half and splash of cinnamon.Both came COLD lots of ice and coffee at the bottom and splash of cinnamon on top of ice!Told the cashier that it was supposed to be hot. She took them back. I heard my name again. Picked them up. They were in different cups, but again, they were COLD like ice coffee! Apparently, they dumped the ice and poured the coffee in another cup. No half and half, no cinnamon.It's been a pretty bad morning as we look forward to having a hot cup of coffee to start the day. We dumped it and went to another coffee shop at the airport.Mistakes can be made and wouldn't be the first time, but showing no respect to your customers is not a good business.

Gave this place another try. At 11 AM again they were out of hot food. So, I ordered the pumpkin cake waited forever, and when I finally asked about my order, they said they were out of pumpkin cake too late to replace had to run and catch my flight. Seriously the staff at this location needs training!!!

The staff was great, no complaints there. The reason for my one star review is the fact there was a roach crawling on the counter as we waited for our order. Roaches are extremely unsanitary and hazardous. It should be imperative this location fix this pest issue.

Wonderful. I got lost in Dallas for a week after flying in for my niece's graduation and finally hitchhiked a ride to the airport. time to get back to Danbury, but not before trying a trenta cookie crunch crumble mocha chocolate latte. Thank you "Starbucks"!

This Starbucks is in a large, international airport that has flights arriving and departing until well in to the late evening and all nightime hours, and they close at 5pm. Everything they had, as far as juice and water drinks, as well as chips and other snacks, just left sitting out, it didn't even look closed. There were 6 people in line before one of us finally saw a tiny sign letting us know their hours. Not good unless you fly during business hours.

Absolutely not fit to run in an airport. Flew in to Dallas a couple weeks ago and had to board my next plane in about 30 minutes. Ordered food and two drinks with 20 minutes to board. Received the food fairly quick but waited about 25 minutes until they called for last boarding and only got one of the drinks before leaving. There was a crowd of customers waiting for drinks from 5 workers and maybe 8 drinks were produced over the 25 minutes. It was bad and I will never buy from this one again when passing through here.

This Starbucks inside Love Field is great! The staff is friendly and relaxed. Stress free is a must at the airport. Thank you for your great service!

Took 20 minutes to make a double shot of espresso with an ounce of milk, and they didn't even make it right the first time. On top of that, they added on an extra $2.35 just for the privilege of changing to the blonde espresso. No other location has ever done that.

Place was incredibly dirty. Woman working there with pink wig dropped 10+ sandwiches on the floor. Grabbed them and shoved them back in the fridge. One stayed on the floor (under her foot). She kicked the other under the counter. The sink was disgusting and the 'oven' looked like it was from the 70s (chipped paint, etc). Gals making the drinks were nice. We were going to order food but it was so unclean we were concerned we would get sick. No way this place would pass a healthcare inspection today...

The staff working the Starbucks next to gate 7 are basically worthless. I’ve never been to a Starbucks with worse service. You’re working at a Starbucks in the airport knowing people need to catch flight, so making sure orders are made in a timely fashion is of paramount importance. These people don’t seem to understand that. The staff working this Starbucks were rude, unhelpful, and they were moving at a pace that would make flowing molasses look like it was moving at F1 pace.

Extremely unsanitary! Watched Starbucks employee push the garage down with their hand(no gloves on) after pushing the garage down they grabbed the sugars and stoppers and restocked. Without washing their hands. This was the Starbucks at gate 13. Hopefully they washed their hand before going back to work. Dangerous and disgusting! Please do better.

Obviously, being in the heart of an airport, they are extremely busy. Expect a 10+ minute wait for your order. Most people get frustrated since they order right before their plane is boarding.That being said, my orders are made correctly and the employees are friendly. I do think the pricing is a bit more expensive than traditional Starbucks.

Poorly run location. They get backed up pretty quickly and take over 20 minutes to produce food and drink orders without warning before ordering. They also don’t refund. I had to leave to board a flight and was out $15.
