I arrived before closing, and was not even acknowledged at the drive-through window. The attendant just locked the window in front of me. Granted it is close to closing, but not yet. I have a four hour drive and was hoping to get some coffee, or at least an acknowledgment and an apology.

Purchased a venti through the app and was given a grande. We informed the barista of the mistake and they told us it’s because they didn’t have venti. THIS WAS TOTALLY WRONG FOR THEM TO DO, we payed for a venti and were given a grande. THIS IS JUST UNETHICAL, PLAIN WRONG. We weren’t even informed of the order change. The girl did give us trenta after we informed the employee, HAD WE NOT INFORMED THEY THEY WOULD HAVE JUST LET US TAKE THE GRANDE. We were also informed they would close early because they were under staffed.

I needed something in a pinch and had under 10mins before I needed to be somewhere. I was in and out in 5mins with a piping hot white mocha and cheddar sausage sandwich. Thank you!

I've been to this Starbucks location multiple times, since it's closer to my sister house, everytime they would mess up my order: No toppings, missing ingredients, coffee being burned, weird tastes, etc. And the employees are always having an attitude (can't say for everyone else), everytime I order here. But the moment I go to another Starbucks shop, also in Grand Prairie, the service quality is completely opposite.

Been here 2 visits in 2 days. Each time service was slow. Employees walked past me, and were doing nothing. Need to address service.

Horrrible!! I actually go out of my way to the Desoto location which is 15 minutes further out of my commute because if i order ahead at this location even by 40 minutes i will still be left waiting for my order when i arrive wether there is high or low volume of customers i dont know what it is, i guess horrible organization.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am highly disappointed. I visited this location on 1/21/24 and I did a mobile order for drive through pick up because the drive through line was super long. Upon arriving to the window I was told that I had not stopped at the speaker so my drink was not ready when I had stopped at the speaker box prior to pulling up to the window. Upon receiving my drink I took a sip and noticed that I was given a grande sized cup of milk of warm milk. Yes, you read it correctly.. MILK. I am a paying customer. I was not rude or mean to any of the barista's so I do not understand why I was given a cup of milk with no coffee. I want my money back.
