Terrible customer service at Staples. I waited over 15 minutes while the first representative prioritized a phone call. Then, another person attended to me, and she was obnoxious and rude. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Your TSA customer service is night and day. The lady (hispanic) I had an appt with last time was 5 star and told me to come back, appt not needed. Today is completely different. I told this one I was told I didn't need an appt and was bringing in the missing doc. She could care less and was not taking any walk ins. She has a poor attitude and should not be doing a job she's obviously overwhelmed by.

Excellent service and efficiency at the TSA Pre✓ enrollment center!
I walked into the enrollment center without an appointment, hoping to apply for TSA Pre✓. To my pleasant surprise, the employee named Jo went above and beyond to assist me. Despite giving priority to those with scheduled appointments, Jo managed to squeeze me in promptly without much waiting.
The entire process was smooth, fast, and hassle-free. Jo's professionalism and customer-centric approach made the experience truly remarkable. It's employees like Jo who make a significant difference in the quality of service.
I highly recommend this enrollment center to anyone considering applying for TSA Pre✓. Whether you have an appointment or not, you can expect top-notch service and efficiency from the staff, especially from Jo.

Came here for the TSA precheck appointment. I arrived on time but it was not clear where in the Staples I was supposed to go. After wandering around and finding an employee she politely told me back left. When I went there it wasn’t clear where I was supposed to sit down or wait in line, there was a group of people just kind of standing around (it was 9:24 at this time). I was finally acknowledged by the lady doing the appointments and she said that since my appointment was 9:20 and it was 9:26 she would now consider me a walk in and that I would have to wait much longer. If you want people to show up on time for their appointments maybe you should make it clear where we are supposed to go for our appointments. As someone with a job I can’t afford to show up and just wait around a bunch.

I don't normally leave reviews but I have to give a shoutout to Pat. I arrived at 7:59 and he took the time to help me despite my phone not working and my email not sending. Instead of telling me to come back tomorrow, he spend 20 minutes helping me like it was no big deal. He was very kind and helpful, thank you Pat!

I followed someone else here to buy something they wanted and then I bought me some sharpie pens. Mind you I didn't want to be shopping with this other person. Otherwise I would never have gone here and I've never been there before, in the 8 years that I've lived in Dallas, I've never been there before. This is the first day and the last day.

Employees ignore you and are too busy to be bothered with your questions. Cashier rude and treated me like an inconvenience when I wanted to make a purchase. Not reccommended!
