Do not use printing service. Employee in charge of department left work before completing the job I paid to be done by the end of day. They should not offer printing if they can’t manage it well.

I went in today to make a return and a purchase using a staples cash card (store credit). The cashier Diane had a scowl on her face and was impatient and lacked the customer service I'm used to at this location. I was not even greeted!! Apparently their system has been having problems processing debit cards and store merchandise credits. This went on for 15 minutes and then she called the store manager to come up to help. It was apparent as she approached the register that she's having a bad day too! She didn't greet me either and was frustrated herself with the situation they had been dealing with all day. I understand we all have bad days but as a customer coming in I have nothing to do with this??? Getting to the point my card I know has $26.59 credit on it and I had the receipt with me. She preceded to tell me there's nothing on the card. After 20 more minutes went by and she's trying to check it on different registers she then tells me I had $1.19 left on the card? Which is it nothing or $1.19?? Next she tells me the system is down and she's unable to see the balance. At this point I'm frustrated and she's growing more irritated and rolling her eyes at me. I will never go back to staples and apparently I'll just lose the money I had on my store credit. Whatever happened to customer service and the customer is always right?? My advice head to Office Depot it office max if you're in need of supplies.

JJ at the service desk is AMAZING. He’s multitask and takes care of all the customers even though he was the only person working behind the desk that day. Thank you for being professional, kind and very helpful and helping me getting my pictures ready for my event. I’m IMPRESSED

I'm so happy thanks to Michael and Jack! I asked Jack where I could find a 3-hole punch for 5.5 x 8.5 paper. He told me that they didn't have that specifically, but that the hole punches they had were adjustable and I would find them on aisle 7, on the right side, at the end closest to me. I was impressed that he knew his products and their location so well. It was very helpful. I enlisted Michael at the front to help me adjust the hole punch. He spent some time working on it, but unfortunately didn't have a flat-head screwdriver handy. He explained to me what I would need to do to adjust it once I got home. When Jack heard me apologizing for taking so much of their time, he said it didn't matter. He said, "YOU are what's important." Michael and Jack were knowledgeable and professional. I was glad of that. More than that, though, they were kind. It meant the world to me.

I had a positive experience with the printing services. I was printing off some items for a quinceanera ( was happening later that night) and used a template I found online. Once printed I was going to attempt to fold them together if I could. Staples called and left a message. The sales manager, Brandon, I believe, offered to make the booklet and went the extra mile to assure everything looked nice. I was very pleased with the product that I received and appreciated the assistance. Our guests loved the programs. Thank you!

This store is FILTHY!!! Stuff is so unorganized that I couldn’t find what I was looking for, even though the website showed they had plenty in stock.

I realize the definition of ‘great customer service’ has changed during the past years, but an expectation of ‘good customer service’ should be the minimum standard.Earlier today I went to Staples to scanned two separate document onto a USB Drive. I deliberately chose this Staples (Preston /Forest) because the store next to them is currently vacant and it appears to be less busy in that area.The first document I scanned was approximately 25 pages and cost $10.80.I’m sure this was the cost for the first scan because I had to confirm before scanning the second document. The second was about 10 pages and cost $18.00. There wasn’t a cost per page breakdown, so I asked the copy center representative why the smaller packet cost more. She looked at the receipt, said “I don’t know” and walked away. I stood there, looking foolish, thinking she was coming back, but she never did.

I had a print job done here that I picked up on Sunday 4/16. The print job was fine, but the employee I dealt with made me very comfortable. Before checking out, I was downloading the Staples Connect App to get a discount. The employee then proceeded to take my phone and start doing things on the app, without my consent. The employee was younger and seemed he might be newer to the job, but it seems like common social courtesy not to lurch over a woman’s shoulder and start doing things on her phone and then prying the phone from her hands. The encounter was degrading, awkward, and uncomfortable.

Just left the print shop where I was trying to order business cards and the associate helping me kept walking away and helping other customers. After waiting about 20 minutes without concluding a very simple task. I simply said, I'll go to another Staples and walked away. I'm now getting waitered on very quickly the Beltline location in Addison
