My hotel was booked by my employer. I walked into the hotel after driven 12 hours straight to service the area due to the recent catastrophic event. The hotel is a referred location for employees servicing insurance in the area. I was met by front desk person April. I let her know that there was a reservation made by my company. She immediately stated that she was not processing any reservations and the reservation was placed for the following day. I proceeded to request to pay for the current night. April insisted that although the hotel was not sold out she was not taking walk ins due to the time. I requested a better explanation as to why would a person be turned away from a hotel from its sole purpose. I practically live in hotel due to my line of work and never felt neglected in this way. No accommodating or attempt to make the customer feel accommodated. Basically was told that since there was an audit completed there will not be rooms sold, sold out or not. I have yet to find this clause in the hotel policy.

My family and I stayed here while our power was out for 5 days due to storms in the area. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly, responsive and accommodating! In a stressful situation, we are so glad we were able to stay here.Rooms: Very clean, recently renovatedSafety: My family and I felt very safe while staying here.Food & drinks: They serve a full breakfast every day. Happy Hour from 5-7pm every night at the lobby bar.

Good mid-term hotel, even if the price is high (it's everywhere expensive).Convenient for my work.The service is always very good here and the rooms are well designed.

Rooms are nice, modern and fairly upgraded. You are not able to hear within the walls. Halls do not reak of smoke or pet odors. Very clean and very friendly staff. There is a happy hour here from 5pm to 7pm every evening. Breakfast is offered and there are an array of yummy items to select from. Pillows are soft and lush, mattress is very comfortable.Rooms: Rooms are very nice and quaint.Nearby activities: Lots of food nearby. Stonebriar Mall about 20 mins drive time. Plenty of shopping and leisure within 15 to 20 miles of Frisco, Plano and Richardson.Food & drinks: Breakfast is amazing, you can smell it on ALL FLOORS.

I stayed here one night on business and was so happy with the property. Upon going to another hotel closer to where most of my business meetings would be I decided to make my way back to this hotel. It is clean and very well kept. There is an outdoor pool, bar and great workout area. Johnnie at the front desk is a gem. She is so kind and welcoming. I now have my go to hotel for when I'm in Dallas. Well done!

Best hotel to stay at if you are going to Baylor. The beds are comfortable, and water pressure is great in the showers.Rooms: There was plenty of room, and the beds were great.

You will not be disappointed from the time you walk in your room. Well worth the price if you are traveling with kids this is the place if you want to work out in the morning this is the place if you want to take a swim in the outdoor pool this is the place breakfast on the weekend starts at 7:00 to 10:00 this is the place well worth it. And here is a nugget that might work for some.. my reservations that I made over the phone was cheaper than the reservations that would have been made onlineRooms: Very spacious.. 2 adults and 2 big kidsSafety: Nice area

My biggest complaint is that this place charged unauthorized holds to my credit card on file (in addition to the holds I already authorized on a different credit card, so I got charged twice). They admitted that it was unauthorized, and blamed it on "system error". They told me that this has been a problem with their computer (then why has it not been escalated and fixed?). I asked them to release the unauthorized holds, since it does not make sense to pay deposit twice. They initially refused, told me that they cannot release it until I check out, and asked me to call corporate for further questions on that. I told them that they need to call, because this is on them. Suddenly they were able to release the hold before I checked out. There is also a problem with the deposit of a previous stay. Their computer system is a mess. You have to be very careful to check your bank account, making sure that they did not over charge you, and they released all holds after you check out. My experience here sucked because of this.

Good, clean facilities. Ample parking. The service, like in other hotels in the chain. There was no one at the reception, and they came after a while of playing.

Have stayed here for ~20 nights and it’s like a second home. 5/5 staff, clean rooms, and employees who genuinely care about you. I recently had to cancel a stay but had a few packages that were set to arrive at the hotel. They seamlessly coordinated for me to get the packages. It’s a small thing but I never had a doubt that they would be understanding.
