Why buy at Sport City when the service department is average at best. This is the second time I have asked to have the car vibration resolved with no success. The first time I brought up the issue, service balanced the tires but that did not help. This time, service recommended an alignment so I agreed to pay for this. I received an update that two wheels are bent and need replacing and still had to pay for the alignment. From my perspective, Sport City service is throwing parts at the problem, of course the parts are all customer pay as Toyota warranty does not pay you to throw parts at the problem. I refused the new wheels and tires (not sure why the tires were bad if the wheels were bent) as I don’t trust your diagnosis and am skeptical that you can perform a proper alignment for which I was charged with bent rims. Overall disappointing service calls the last two times and the vibration is still there in the steering wheel and even can rattle the loose change in the cup holders. I’ll have to get another opinion before trusting Sport City that two new tires and wheels for $2k out of my pocket will now fix the problem.
