I love coming to this place but I do not like the manager old lady Monica because she randomly grabs people stuff without asking and putting them on the floor very Disrespectful and Very unprofessional. And doesn't seem to treat the employees right just because she's a manager. They should get a new manager.

I came in today and there were kids running all over the place and pushing themselves in baskets and screaming. There was a girl who seemed like she was working here wearing an outfit that barely covered her body . Normally it's a well run relaxing experience. Today it was total chaos and no one was cleaning. It was very disappointing.

Looks like a lovely place.Too bad you can’t do your laundry there unless you have a phone and credit card to add money to your account on an app.They have no coin washers or dryers.It’s all digital.

What a great laundry mat! Super clean!!! I LOVE how everything is managed through their app. No more carrying around quarters or keeping up with some special card!!! I will never go to another laundry mat!

Today 11/12/23 @ 1:30 pm I was washing my clothes the attendant was on the phone with family gossiping when asked a question I don’t know it not my problem the washers were running very slow and someone asked to use the restrooms and was ignored. Also I wanted to buy a bag for my clothes and was told I don’t know I do not speak Spanish so this place has lost mine and my family’s business

First time visiting.Awesome Laundry,you load your washer and dryer with a phone app,which is super easy to use.Got $15 dollars as first time customer The attendant was super nice.

So my dryer broke down in the process of drying notice it wouldn’t heat up i came here around 11:45pm hoping that the Hispanic lady would let me dry my clothes said straight up No there was still people inside wash or drying then came in the morning early 6am lady was even here till 6:30Oh the place is always clean tho that’s the good thing about this place

They claim to offer free dryers when using the washers however; they shut off over half of the dryers and put not in service on them which causes people to get in drama or race to the few dryers available! There was also a man there trying to play people at the change machine by offering to help! Lol what a joke!!Plus the Fox gas station that’s attached does not accept EBT! They are not for the people!!

Mine and my wife's very first time to visit today. We were really impressed with the laundry overall and the washers and dryers on hand are in mint condition and the store is well taken care of! Unless you're tech savvy though you're not going to get much anywhere with this laundromat. It's entirely automated and app driven. Which is good if you have a child or grandchild that knows computers and cellphone apps, BUT the Clerk on Duty, despite the language barrier, was very helpful to us and got us started and on our way to clean clothes again. Now for a wash behind the ears and we're all set! We'll be back! See y'all there!???

Super fast, easy, clean! Use of app to get started took a couple of minutes but was easy and employees were very helpful. Love all the technology. Most machines working.
