I am simply blown away by SpeedNet!
•1. Top-notch customer support (Alice was so thorough and sooo patient)
•2. Ease and convenience of self-installation (seriously - even the MOST tech-challenged peeps can do this)
•3. Responsive tech-support (shout out to Mark’s step-by-step talk-through over the phone) to make sure activation and setup are seamless with no issues for multiple device connectivity.
Honestly, I was a bit skeptical coming from 20+ years of AT&T’s more widely available metro coverage to a rural area where their coverage is so minimal it was staggering. Add to that a town with limited providers and I wasn’t too confident trying to choose what I prayed would be a reliable internet source.
But so far all is quite stable and running extraordinarily smoothly with no signal bounces or lags whatsoever yet! Well done SpeedNet!!

We pay $130 every month for wifi that works maybe 2 weeks of every month, and thats if we are lucky. Save your money. Definitely not worth the hassle. They are our only option as we have no signal where we live so we have to have wifi. Sadly, its through them.

good tech but had to get a device that day and got charged a $15 late fee since I did not pay that day. not very happy about starting our paying a late fee as I was in a pasture feeding or moving cows when they called. everyone does not work in an office and have all the time they want for personal stuff or things they need to do. some of us feed America so we pay a late fee

From the first phone call I have always talked with an actual person instead of an automated system with Speed Net. The Speed Net team was very responsive to my requests and answered all my questions. Danny came out to install our AirFiber for us and was wonderful! He got us up and running at the lickity split speeds they promised in no time. I would suggest Speed Net to anyone for their internet service.

I live in a farming community where internet service is a problem. After contacting several Inter provided I found Speed Net. The service is fantastic in my area. (Adkins, Tx). The young lady by the name of Sophia was great to work with. I have had the service now for a couple of days and very happy with the speed and download. We had thunderstorm the first day I recieved it, I had no issues with service.

I am in a rural area in a low spot with many trees and have had 3 mbps upload speed and 6 mbps download speed. I am so happy I got Speed Net. My upload speed now is 205.57.

Mark Vin with Tech Support helped me get my network running again. He was very nice and patient, he walked me through step by step instructions and maintained professional. I’ve had Speednet Broadband going on 7 months and only had 1 issue, which is recent. Tech support resolved my issue. Thanks Mark!

Our account wasn't affected by the big outage on Thursday and has worked great since the install of the outdoor 5G antenna. Something knocked down our service Friday morning though and we awoke to less than 1mbps download. A call to Speednet tech support is all it took to get everything restored. I was easily able to follow the instructions provided and we were back online. No waiting on a service truck to put us on a list for a visit or taking equipment in. I am very satisfied with Speednet Broadband.
