They take a long time to attend you there should be a line to just pay the bill and everybody else who is having technical issues to have a different line no reason why i should wait a hour to pay my bill

Marlene was outstanding! She helped me transfer my line over from Cricket. She has the upmost patience when it comes to transferring services. She worked with me to pick out my new phone and I am satisfied with my service. Definitely recommend.

I walk in to ask about switching mobile companies to spectrum. It was was 5 min before close time, I thought that at least I would get some of questions answered due to the closing time. But clearly they weren’t interest, the first thing they responded was that they were closing, if I could come back tomorrow. I felt the lack of interest and willingness to work with a new potential customer as I walk to the door. If I walk to as a customer I expect some consideration, and make those 5 min or worth my time with decent customer service. This place lacks customer service if u need to be help I suggested not to go to this store. Lack of effort and empathy.. regardless of what time u walk in to any establishment, the staff should be aware of the customer doubts and needs… horrible service experience I don’t not recommend you to go to this store…
