Subpar experience…was told by customer service to go in store to unlock paid off phone and they didn’t even know that was possible… how can you work for a phone company and not know what unlocking is…. I think the whole company is just winging it at this point…particularly the mobile service

When I say, even though this was the longest process in getting a new phone (on my end). Juan Fontanez was very knowledgeable, helpful & patient! The ENTIRE staff Joselyn & Cameka even made this journey so much smoother. A+, 5star, excellent customer service THIS store provides!

Both women working there have sky high attitudes and were busy at times and more interested in watching what’s happening in the news while I am talking to them and asking questions so they can help me horrible service and so much disrespect never in my life I have faced so much just because you are not a local and young!
