Spectrum is the worst and we don’t even have them for service. We live in a rural area that just starting getting fiber optic internet slowly over the past few years. Now that most of us have People’s internet out of Quitman Texas, Spectrum decides they are finally going to our lines in our area. Since starting the installation of their lines, Spectrum had cut the internet line of, People’s Internet company, many times now, including this morning we are going on 5 hours with no internet, leaving an entire town of people with lost wages and paying internet bills for a service we are not receiving due to the incompetence of the site manager and workers installing the lines. Spectrum is wasting their time putting these lines in as I am going to make it my personal mission and go door to door and make sure EVERYONE is signed up with People’s Internet instead. I specialize in telecommunication sales and marketing and have been recognized as a top nationally ranked sales rep for AT&T in the past… and I’m about to do it again for People’s internet and they don’t even have to pay me! Spectrum stop cutting our lines and stop wasting your time because I am going to make it my personal mission to switch everyone over to People’s Internet. Also you owe us all money.

Disconnected my internet after a year of no issues, having paid on time every month. I called to ask if there was an outage, they say no your modem is disconnected. I tell them no everything is plugged in. No type of reset is working. They tell me we can come tomorrow, I said no , I saw the spectrum truck here this morning when my new neighbors were moving in , asked them what time my internet disconnected and it happened to be the same time as the truck being here. They acknowledge because they know they disconnected me by mistake. And escalate the service to same day between 6-7 pm , they dont ahow up after me sitting around waiting I call back at 7 and they now tell me 8:30 pm. Becauae they made a clerical error in dispatch. So now they disconnectwd a perfect paying customer, dont show up to reconnect their mistake, and now I have to wait again. Total BS and offer nothing to the customer for their complete absurd mistake. Then they call back from their escalation department being rude telling me its going to be later and cant understand why their customer is pissed. You idiots disconnected a paying customers internet for no reason, none except your own technicians mistake. And it has bedn disconnected all day you should be rushing to fix it not making maaters worse with lies and delays. Their rep on the phone sounds like he is high and cant keep his eyes open also and thinks it is funny to be rude.

Was promised certain channels in a bundle did not receive the channels and had to change tv package. Was not awarded credit for the time I had the worse tv plan either.
