This is not a retail location, even though Google has two listings one for shopping and one for the distribution center.

Great selection of booze. From beer to bourbon to wine, they got you covered. Prices are relatively reasonable within MSRP, one of two chain stores that practice this due to shear volume of product they sell. Allocated bourbon is rare, well it depends on what you are looking for. The well publicized "bourbon drop" from years past was held at another location, but the bourbon fans are beginning to ask, why hold it so long to release it at one time at one store in the area...or nearby area? Enough sour grapes, this place is legit, so you should check it out.

Great selection of all the wines, beers, and spirits you could want! I came in looking for 3 items, and they carry them both(and 2 were wines from the left coast).Service was great, and savings of 5% fir debit card usage. If I'm back in the D, I'll be back to Specs! This joint makes the list!

Not gonna leave a 1 star because it shouldn't really be their fault. Anyone can suggest an edit to let Google know this isn't an actual store.

This is not a retail store. It’s a distribution center. Update your Google maps listing. Waste of time.

I've never had a bad experience at this Spec's. They have a great selection, and friendly service. The lines move quickly, and there's always something new to see and try.

Caution: if your marriage does not fit the traditional definition of a marriage, in our case, interracial, do not expect good service from the specs liquor department employees at this Spec's location. My wife and I arrived (we got married during Covid - our reception is in 3 weeks) at specs excited to pick our wines and liquor for our reception. We first stopped and partook in the tastings and put a pack of "mom's water" in our cart. It was a fun experience. Great stuff. Then we proceeded to the wine department and met Cathy. Cathy provided us stellar service, taking time to understand the types of wines we wanted and making great recommendations. We put 5 wine bottles in our cart to try out as contenders for the wines at our wedding reception. We were still having fun. Here's where it turned south. Cathy walked us over to the liquor department and introduced us to two of the liquor department employees, sharing that we would like help in selecting liquor for our wedding reception. One turned to the other and said "You know, I don't help interracial couples". I didn't completely hear what he said. I found out later my wife did, she chose to shrug it off as a bad joke. The employee that made the comment led us to the vodka section, at our request, and provided no help. It was very unprofessional, as if he did not want to be bothered with us. When we asked about tequila he introduced us to another employee who specialized in tequila who provided adequate assistance. The entire time while in the liquor department we were stared at by other liquor department employees. It was very uncomfortable. My wife politely told the liquor department employee that we were going to do more research and come back. I could tell my wife was very uncomfortable and anxious to leave. She walked fast to the front, I followed. I could tell she wanted to get out of spec's. We purchased our wine and mom's water and left.I could tell my wife was upset and asked her why. She shared what the liquor employee had said, 'You know, I don't help interracial couples". Now I understood. The poor service was motivated by one or more of the employee's personal views of what a marriage should look like.Planning a wedding has enough challenges without being judged by the employees of establishments in which we were attempting to make a $2,000+ purchase. Good thing that there are plenty of other liquor stores in Dallas.

In a changing world and all the offerings of craft beer made in the US, they carry for us non alcoholic beer drinkers, basic pilsners and they're WARM. I guess only the alcoholics deserve cold beer. They NEED it where I just LOVE BEER. By the way, your buyers HAVE to know that there are many craft beer companies that make great "nearbeer". Watch how this category of customers get MANY more offerings in the next year. Come on, Specs you had to know this already. And GET AN EFFING REFRIGERATOR FOR IT! Maybe instead of all the dumb seltzers use it for craft effing beer!

Spec's Deli catering is an absolute pleasant surprise. Easy direct ordering and pick-up. But the best part was the food, I got the wings and sandwich slider platters. Wings, even cooled down, were crispy and delicious, 4 flavors provided. The sandwiches were a huge hit at our party. Ample sized gourmet sandwiches, several varieties. The turkey with Manchego cheese and quince paste was the stand-out.

Great store and a huge selection of your favorite adult beverages to choose from. We came here to pickup Frenchie Buale's new peach flavored vodka. Can't wait to try it, I heard it's a delicious local Texas brand
