HORRIBLE….
If you are at any point wanting an item to be shipped to your location, and need it that day or next, DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I was told the item would arrive at my location on 11/11,
After it didn’t show up, and had been sitting at the same location for 3 days, I contacted southwest wheel,
Was informed it would be delivered the next day,
Fast forward to 11/14, still no item delivered!
I contacted the company and told them, I am
Purchasing one local tomorrow because I have to have it for a job to complete, I have waited 4 days after your delivery date.
They tell me if I refuse shipment, that I would be required to pay shipping back to their ware house.
Obviously, fed ex, is the shipper,
Which is who southwest uses to ship, at the end of the day, the problem comes back to the seller, that’s there decision to use fed ex.
The manager told me it’s not on them, it’s on fed ex, and that he would take the money from my refund for the freight and “do what I need to do”
Just use your head before buying here!
Heck i should have known they was 3 stars before buying!

If there was a way to leave zero stars, I would. We ordered an axle on Oct 11. Had multiple correspondences about where it was to be shipped. It wasn’t shipped until 2 days ago, and they shipped it to a completely different state. (not where the trailer is located) They refuse to ship it to the proper place AND refuse to give us a refund. They also refuse to let us speak to someone higher up to try to resolve this issue, even though who were are speaking with says he owns up to the shipping error. I would absolutely NOT ever do business with this company again. And will be seeking ALL ways to resolve this.

Give them the benefit of the doubt after looking at these reviews I called in a order and repeated a 4 lug wheel hub welp got the part finally and what do you know 5 wheel hub maybe the guy putting the orders together should have this come out of his check maybe they won’t have so many bad reviews!But at the end of the day they shipped me the right stuff and got it the next day!

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered a set of self-adjusting brakes to repair our camper. One of the sides adjusted itself so tight that it locked the wheel up. Once this happens you can't back off the brake shoes. I explained to them my problem and all I got back was a smart a$$ remark.." you don't adjust self adjusting brakes". That drum hit 230 and was dragging the wheel. I had to sit and wait till it cooled down. Now I can't get the drum off so the entire assembly has to be scrapped. No refund, just a smart remark. Glad I wasn't on the road when this happened. Everyone's tough behind a key board! Don't deal with these clowns , they don't care.

I ordered an axle on 6/5 and it arrived missing the nut retainer and D-washer from one side. Not a part I can just grab in my small town so I’m out of commision. The only packaging was plastic wrap on the ends to hold the nut retainer and washer on, and to cover the greased spindles. Thankfully the axle was not damaged. The weld-on spring mounts came in a seperate delivery and I don’t know why they don’t add the nut retainers and washers to that box. ALL loose hardware should ship in the seperate delivery. This is a no-brainer.
I called and they said they would send it, 1 week later nothing, called again and finally they are sending it and I have a tracking number. Fingers crossed that it’s the right parts.

Bought two pair of their "Pro" trailer brake kits that were supposed to come with Timken bearings and paid extra for the better bearings.. The bearings themselves that arrived were Timken, but the bearing races that are pre-installed in the hubs are cheap foreign knockoffs, which defeats the purpose of buying the "Pro" kits. When contacted, they just made smart comments by email that they never said it included the good bearing races. One of the brake drums is also badly out of round, which causes it to drag and run hot. Again, when contacted, they were blatantly untruthful, claimed they have been installing brakes since 1919 and there's no such thing as a defective drum, refused to warranty the drum. I had to buy another drum from a different company.

Terrible company to do business with. I wish I would have seen the reviews before dealing with them. Believe me they are true. I ordered a fifth wheel install kit. They sent the rails but no mounting brackets. I called them to see where the rest of the parts were. They tried to blame it on Fedex and told me to wait another day or two and see if they show up. When I asked for a tracking number for the missing box they finally admitted they never sent it. I was then told they would ship it out that day. I asked for expided shipping since it was their error that was now causing a delay. They refused to do anything to speed the process up. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they put me to a voicemail. I still have never heard back from the supervisor.I called back the next day to get tracking info. for the box they said they would ship out. Nobody had any idea what I was talking about and nothing was ever shipped. They told me they would get it corrected and shipped out that day now. I again asked for expided shipping since they had messed the order up again. They again refused. They told me they would call me with the tracking information they next day. I never heard from them. It took three more days for me to be able to get the tracking information.Once the package arrived I found that they had just shipped out more rails and no mounting brackets. I attempted to call them the rest of the day however they would not answer their phones. I finally had to contact my credit card and reverse the charge. As soon as I did that then all of a sudden I start to hear from them again. They made every excuse in the world as to why the wrong parts got shipped even to the point as trying to blame the manufacture as mislabeling the boxes. I sent them pictures of all the correctly labeled packages and then they finally admitted they didnt have the brackets and never did have them in stock. They told me I could wait several weeks for the brackets to come in if I wanted.I refused to wait, shipped all their items back to them and bought the kit from another supplier. Bottom line is do not do business with this company. Companys like this should not be allowed to contiue to operate. They are all about getting your money thats it. Which is why the advertise stuff as in stock knowing they dont have it. They are the most dishonest people you will ever deal with and as other reviews have stated will give you every excuse possible as to why things arent right. Thankfully I was able to get my money back through the credit card company and dont have to deal with this company again. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.This company absolutely LIES in their responses to their reviews. Very dishonest people. Do not trust them and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

My order was shipped promptly and I received all the correct parts that I ordered. It would have been nice if they had at least wrapped the axle with a little plastic wrap so that the nice finish Dexter applied wouldn’t have been gouged in shipping and need repainted. Their representative claimed this is how Dexter sends them the axles. I would imagine they are receiving them on a pallet and not loose in a FedEx truck where they are much more easily damaged. Removing 20 shipping labels and stickers directly from the axle is also not fun. Again, a little plastic wrap could have prevented all of this.
