My experience is always GREEEAAAAT whenever I am assist by Service Advisor Jeff, he is awesome! He is always POLITE, very PROFESSIONAL, COMMUNICATIVE about the status of your vehicle while waiting. I call that pure awesome!

Hands down from the phone call to the sit down with the dealer to the financial guy they alllllll were AMAZING NO PRESSURE! They work with you and are hands down absolutely AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL! Got my beauty and couldn’t be more happy go see Jose he is the BEST!

I had a great experience with Jeffery and really appreciated the comfortable and clean waiting area. I was able to get a loaner which was so helpful so I could get some errands done and not tie up my whole day waiting.

As usual (is why I like going to Southwest Kia) the service was impeccable. This visit seemed as if I wasn’t waiting as long as I usually do to get my car serviced. And getting updates while my car is being worked on was awesome. As always the service advisor Jeff that I had this visit was very informational and helpful with inquiries I had about the car.
