Be careful they will tow your car for any reason!!!! I have been towed twice by them because my apartment somehow messed up adding my two cars to their system…yes pecan square/now sky at love!! 1st time I bailed my car out expecting a refund from my apartment but they never did ..second time after renewing my lease they didn’t register my car again ,so I got towed..peak/ southwest and sky manager kept taking me up and down and asking me to pay for it they will refund….nope I wasn’t going to do the same thing second time .1 week later peak/southwest said they didn’t have the car in their field and that it was released same day I complained!!! I had no option but involve the police …next day went recorded both companies but as soon as I mentioned I have involved the police in my problem to the manager of pecan/sky ….the car was found in less than 2 minutes and it was returned at no cost for me same day …this is a deal between the two companies to tow and auction peoples cars to they benefit!!! Be careful kept

Customer service is terrible. The african american boy who “ helped “ us was very unprofessional. He was eating a whole mc-chicken while talking to us. If you hate your job, don’t work there.

I kind of got myself into a tough situation and needed help. Francisco was an immediate help! He told me exactly what I needed to do and then follow thru unit the issue was resolved. He was very kind and professional. Amazing service!!

Shady towing company, they moved my wife’s car to make it look like she parked in 2 lanes at a parking lot on Allen & McKinney Ave. This is how the scam works, they have a person monitoring the lot, once you leave your vehicle they move it so it appears you are violating the rules, take pictures and tow your vehicle to their lot. Rinse and repeat

Impossible to get ahold of someone by phone or email, and if you just show up they might tell you your car is at a different lot.

The entire process is degrading and humiliating, the staff is arrogant and disrespectful and the set up is real to scam poor people towing cars that they shouldn't touch.

The lady that took care of me the night of new years was great very easy to talk to great communication that I had with her the only reason I’m giving a 1 star is because they did not have to tow my car on a holiday paid over 300 the towing company I use at my property gives a warning before they tow any cars.

If you're looking for a towing solution for your property, find someone else. Southwest will give you more problems than you want to deal with.Southwest reported the wrong year, model, license plate, and VIN for my vehicle when they towed it. So when the police looked up my missing vehicle with the correct info, it appeared to be stolen.Because they reported the wrong vehicle, I couldn't find mine on their website. My car was gone without a trace.Thinking my car was stolen, I got a ride to the tow yard to track it down myself just in case it was there. I guess I should be happy I found it, but if I didn't take matters into my own hands who knows how long it would have been before they realized their mistake?The leasing office for my apartment complex now has to step in and clean up Southwest's mistake. I will repeat: If you're looking for a towing solution for your property, find someone else because Southwest will just give your team more problems than you want to deal with.
