The staff is not helpful at all. When asking for a bra they keep in the back and don’t stock on the floor I waited 20 minutes and then the staff helped a person who was behind me. This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced rude sales people in this store. There won’t be a 4th. Shame on me for giving them another chance.

I'm trans and 3 yrs on hormones and don't pass AT ALL and the people here treated me so kindly. I will probably be back and knowing what I know now won't sit in the parking lot for hours building the courage.

Gillian spent about an hour with my mother and I yesterday evening assisting us in sizing and bra selections. She had amazing customer service, she was kind, patient, and relatable. Bra selections can be awkward for some and she was welcoming the moment we walked in.

Love Soma and this location is super convenient. The ladies that work there were friendly and helpful on my recent visit (even though it was nearing time to close). I usually wait around for their end of the year sale. You can snag some really great deals!

I came in to this store to return a few bras that I purchased online. I was not greeted upon entry and barely acknowledged when I approached the registers. Vicki assisted with my return and as she was scanning the items, she held up the bra and yelled “wooowww, I didn’t know they made this in a ___”. It was extremely uncomfortable for me and terribly unprofessional of her to do such a thing. Love Soma bras but will never return to this location.

Great selection of bras to choose from. They will even measure you and assist in making sure you have the right fit.

Great selection of good quality bras. I am visiting my sister from Toronto and I found Lisa to be extremely helpful. Measured me and found me very comfortable bras. Lisa was extremely professional. I would recommend this store to others. I wish they had a store in Toronto!

Candice was amazing! The store was busy and she was by herself. But she still took the time to measure me and brought several bra’s for me to try on. She was really patient and kept checking up on me. I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely come back here!
