If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Worst company I have dealt with in many years of online interactions. Tried for two weeks to get a CGM order processed and was told it was ready to ship...then not ready to ship...then ready to ship...etc. Stay away if you have any other choices. CGM supplies are now often considered a pharmacy item and can purchased directly via a local drugstore.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’d give zero if I could. I canceled my act, paid off my balance, and switched over to ADS for Dex Supplies. They just sent me a letter that I owe $ and I haven’t had an open act or ordered any supplies in nearly a year. lol This company is a joke and nothing but a scam taking advantage of Diabetics. May be time for a Class Action Lawsuit… Who’s in?

DO NOT ORDER SUPPLIES FROM HERE! I was recently hospitalized from DKA after not receiving my supplies. I’ve spoken to multiple ppl who told me my shipment would be sent. My pump was not able to work effectively without the sensor and I got sick immediately after a few days of my sensor and transmitter expiring and not receiving my daily bolus correction. This company is HORRIBLE. All of the negative reviews are true.

Very poor. Terrible customer service and the urgency for processing orders does not exist. Takes roughly 2 months to process a simple order after being told numerous times “it will be shipped tomorrow.” Dont ever count on anything they tell you.Youll also get a bill for the medical supplies about 6-7 months later, well after year end deductibles have been met so youll be forced to pay full price out of pocket.

This company is very difficult to do business with. Our re-order kept getting rejected without information as to why. Getting someone on the phone to explain was difficult. When we finally found someone knowledgeable to talk to they indicated they needed updated clinical notes in order to fulfill the order. After the doctor sent the latest clinical notes they rejected the order again with no information as to why. After calling and waiting again for someone knowledgeable they then informed me the notes needed to be newer within a six month window. They claimed they had an agreement with the insurance companies that they needed updated notes in order to fulfill reorders. We were so tired of dealing with this company and turned to our local pharmacy for help. They were able to order our supplies with no issues or clinical notes needed. We have since moved on from doing business with this company.

My wife has had the exact same insurance for the last 3.5 years that we’ve ordered diabetic supplies from this company. Somehow, every employee within this company is completely incompetent at tracking our unchanging insurance and charges us without billing insurance first. I’m not one that makes this type of review lightly, and I would give 0 stars if it were possible. I’m convinced that it’s weaponized incompetence to get people to pay before realizing their insurance didn’t kick in. If this is the case, then you know exactly what I think of you and where I think you deserve to rot.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They have yet to send a medical device that was ordered over 1 month ago. They tell you it’s on the way then you call back and it’s “in review” . I unfortunately insurance sends the supplies through this half baked company. If you have other options run as fast as you can from this company. It’s to bad I can’t get this company a negative 20.

This is a very difficult company to do business with. Getting in touch with a live person is virtually impossible. This was not an issue before the acquisition of PumpsIt. While I often did not have the best experience there either, I was able to get a live person on the phone and have my issue resolved. When Solara calls you to order additional supplies, you cannot get a person on the phone even if you have changed address or insurance carriers. The order is just placed and you are left wondering what will happen. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.

Terrible company. I've ordered from them once and had multiple shipping errors, was not credited back for the items I returned. I spoke to them multiple times in regards to the credit so I wouldn't have to pay an outstanding balance and I was told that the issue was being investigated and I wouldn't be obligated to pay. Instead they threatened to send the outstanding balance to a collections company. Avoid this company at all costs.

As a type 1 diabetic, my medical supplies are literally life saving. These folks have led me to be completely out of supplies twice in a row. Both times I contacted them well in advance. Both times I had to keep calling to keep the process moving. Both times nothing moved unless I contacted them. Both times, my shipments were delayed by weeks! If there is an issue in you order process, they will not reach out. Your order just sits until you call to figure out what is going on. I am not sure why my insurance company does business with these folks, but I will be getting that changed. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and UNSAFE.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR SUPPLIES FROM HERE. They used to be fantastic but apparently were purchased by another company who outsourced everything. The people I dealt with on the phone have no idea what is going on and are supposed to email their "Back end" to figure out anything that is going on, say they will call back but never do (called four times over 10 days and four people said they would call back, they never did). Had to explain every time what was going on all over again because they don't take notes on the account, absolutely infuriating. There's a reason that they only have one star on Google, please shop elsewhere.

This company sank when it merged with healthy living. I have fought for a month to get diabetic supplies. First, they asked me to pay a deductible that I am already met my out of pocket of. Second they told me that I got taken out of network and I put insurance on the phone x2 to have them say I'm in network. Insurance is so mad they are asking there VP of Contracts to drop this company. Then they promised they'd ship within 48 hours, 48 hours later they say they now don't have the right insurance ID. Finally, now that im ready to run out of supplies I am now trying to switch companies so that I can keep using an insulin pump, not because insurance or becuase I didnt try but because this company cannot get me what I need to live. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THS COMPANY.

This is the only company I would leave a 1 star review for. We have tried for months to get our daughter's diabetic supplies from them. They outsource to another country like many with customer service and it's hard to understand sometimes. But the problem is you can never get past that point when you have a problem. We were supposed to get our 3 month supply of sensors and transmitter for my daughter and we can't. They shipped it to the wrong address. Many many phone calls and promised contact from a representative has not happened. I have had to purchase out of pocket for sensors and will have to for transmitter as well because this company won't ship us out order. I even went to the address they told me to they shipped it to in another city and spoke with the person who lived there. That was this companies suggestion was to go try to retrieve it myself because it wasn't there problem. The home owner sent the shipment back to this company and my daughter still hasn't gotten it. It was supposed to be delivered in October and it's now December. Still can't get our shipment. Please don't do business with this company. If your life depends on medical supplies like diabetes, please go somewhere else. I beg you for your health or the health of a loved one avoid this company at all costs

This company has by far been the worst I've ever used for diabetes supplies. Every time I place an order, the company refuses to process it stating they need a prior authorization which they have received previously on multiple occasions. When I call them to try and resolve the issue they act clueless as to how to help and either hang up or transfer me multiple times. To make things more difficult, no one speaks clear English, so it's impossible to understand what they're saying. Currently I'm being charged over $1,300 for supplies with no explanation from the company. I called for clarification and per the norm, they couldn't explain what the charges were for and stated their billing department will need to review and promised a call back the same day which I never received. This company does not care about their customers at all. Stay far away!!

Extremely terrible experience ! Solara should not be allowed to supply such medical devices knowing that it could threaten people’s life ! I could go on and on on the bad experiences over the last year :* they lied about overnight shipping my order which took 4 days to arrive* the app tracking information was only updated when supplies were delivered* I was told numerous time that they would call me back and never received feedback* despite insurance derogation, they would not provide supplies in anticipation (for travel for ex.)* multiple orders weren’t shipped in full* paper invoice were never matching what I was really paying…* etc…I would NEVER go back to them as I do not trust their competencies ! Poor customer service overall !
