So first of all, i must have misread the pricing or maybe my eyes could not believe it lol. The cut, I have to say, was not terrible- thank God, but NOT worth $300. No way. I went in for a cut and then halfway through, she must have felt like because I am such a nice person, almost passive, she must have felt it was ok to add on services. She proceeded to shampoo my hair after I had already done it before hand, now like I said, I must have misread the pricing I thought a cut for women was $150 or something, so I don't understand why they have that if it's really $300., So she washes and does my hair which I did not want- maybe she wanted to feel like I got my $300 worth? At the end, she never says the price and honestly, I feel like she was trying to be sneaky, I would feel like that too if I was charging that. Look I pay a lot for my hair and other services, but there is nothing in that process that was equal to that payment. Most of what she "taught" me, I already knew, and what I have learned is to be more assertive, if they cannot say with confidence this is the total, then they know they're wrong. At best the cut is average and limiting in what I can do with my hair now. In conclusion, NOT a happy camper, wasted money and will not return. Oh, and just so you know it wasn't Chloe, it was her mother filling in for her.

I wasn't pleased with my haircut. Originally booked with Chloe, but she went on maternity leave so Sharon did my hair instead. To be fair, Chloe called me ahead of time to make sure it was okay. I was a bit desperate as I had not had a cut in a long while since moving to TX. I have had lots of curly cuts in the past, for 6 years now. I was looking for a trim, not too afraid of going too short, and wanted more shape in the front. While cutting my hair, she talked about how women were now requesting a "wolf-like" shape, which I am aware of and have friends who like this shape. However, I never asked for this shape or expressed a desire for it. Before I knew it, I had a wolf-like shape and was very worried about the drastic layers in the back because of my curl pattern back there. I have always asked for minimal layers in the back for this reason. Anyway, there really was no turning back, so I just went with the flow and hoped that I'd grow to like it. Sharon did a great job of explaining her wash and styling process and introduced me to the Rezo line, which I am using now. I think her teaching would definitely be very helpful for someone just starting their curly hair journey. After finishing, I really tried to like it, but by the time I made the 2-hr drive home, I was over it. My mother did a double-take when I FaceTimed her, so I knew it wasn't just me LOL. It's been 4 weeks now and I just pin my hair back. I'll let it grow back some and do more research! I suppose if I had actually gone there for the wolf look or shag look, I'd be pleased, but it just seemed like she had a plan do execute a style she'd learned about rather than focusing on what I had asked for.

I just want to say ARACELI is amazing at doing any sort of wax but also customer service! She’s super understanding whether is your first time, or you’ve done this hundreds of times! I love coming here for any sort of wax but also a clean and refreshing environment!!
