Very Rude.A man answered the phone with a heavy accent, so to make it easier on him I spoke in Spanish, but as I was asking a question I forgot the Spanish one and said “bleachers” in English, and he was so rude, he understood what I said , he went ahead and translated it to Spanish for me and demanded I spoke Spanish. So RUDE. I was calling to confirm the reservation but absolutely not.If he was already rude with a potential client, imagine the problems he’ll cause once we’re there. Hard pass.
