Very unhelpful, unkind cashier (who I assume is the owner). Came on my lunch break to buy a couple things. And the guy would barely talk to me, I’d ask a question and he gives one answer response and starts walking away to go sit down.I wanted to buy multiple things but ended up walking out.

I have been a repeat costumer at this shop, never had an issue till I was informed wrong about a certain product they sell. I bought it specifically because I was told by them that it did what I needed. Well it didnt, returned the next day. Told them, "I only bought the product because "you" specifically told me it did what I needed it for". Would rather lose a repeat customer then to do right by this transaction. I'll go out of my way to a shop further away and never buy here again.

They have an okay selection, however everything is overpriced. I've been to plenty of other smoke shops and vape stores and the prices are about $10-$15 cheaper. The product I bought was a Happi cart which hits perfectly fine, I just wasn't ready to pay $12 extra of what I normally pay, I went on anyway since it was the only one within decent distance.

Stopped here looking for silicone bowls and while they had a bunch of inventory - sold everything from scratch off tickets to blunts - it felt like a little of everything that I was not looking for. I waited for about five minutes behind three other people, but the guy working wasn't moving too fast and I didn't think I'd find what I wanted so I left. This place has corner store vibes - from cell phone repair to lotto and vapes. Jack of all trades, master of none.

Sold me a good vape with e juice that didn’t work for it (mine only works with nicotine salt). 5 days later it wasn’t working and I was told my coil was out. I bought a box with 3 new coils. I got to the car and noticed I had the wrong size. I went back and exchanged them but later realized I only had 2. Went back a 3rd time and got the 3 that I paid for but the vape still tasted burnt. I finally went to a different shop where they eventually explained to me that the reason my vape tasted burnt was because they had sold me the wrong juice. All this money spent and turns out they had sold me the wrong thing from the very beginning. I gave them two stars because the selection is good if you know exactly what it is that you need.
