The decorations are beautiful, and the venue is well-organized, creating a truly elegant atmosphere. However, the service from the staff leaves much to be desired. There's a lack of warmth and friendliness; instead of making you feel welcome, many of them come across as distant and, at times, even arrogant. At the end of the event, rather than saying a cordial goodbye, they just take drinks out of your hands without a word, which feels very rude. The bartenders, on the other hand, seemed uninterested and unfriendly, as if they didn't care about providing good service or earning tips. They definitely need to work on improving their customer service to make the experience complete.

Went for a grad party. Great place for family and friends to come together, but nothing special. The catering / food served was not good. Lots of food was left over. Ice cream/ fruit was served at the opposite end of catering, by the stage. It was a bad setup. Bathrooms were running over and leaking.

The truth is that I do not recommend this room. I just generally had an event. On the day of the contract, they did one thing 3 days before the event. They are excited and tesalen, on the contrary, they charge you more money. They don't let your guests in. This room is not worth it. It's not worth it. I recommend

We had a party for our son and everything was perfect. Yes the place is older but I thought it added character. The food, music and decorations were great. The owners were amazing putting it all together on short notice. Definitely recommend

there is a lot of things that need to be upgrated the bathrooms are really ugly, the air conditioning in the bathrooms also need to be fixed because it was really hot in there however the ballroom is really big
