Late arriving, price quoted was not what I got charged un professional as and didn't care about the furniture scratched hardwood floor one was on his cell phone the whole time left tools at previous address that I had to go get but was charged for the whole time actually an 825 charged showed up on my card for 990 and left trash in front of the house and management didn't care even after I sent pictures of all the above I love the response I'm 69 yrs old and do good to walk much less move couches and that debri left in the road fell out of a box that was dropped and he didn't bother getting all of it.

I would like to start by saying from start to finish Small World Moving was transparent with prices and fees. The communication was timely this was so important for me because I had to move out and move in on the same day. It was a Saturday and raining LOL. Ms Felicia and her moving team was Amazing. The Movers where on time and professional. They understand needs and made it happen. Thank you so much for your service. ????? ✨️ Blessings!!

We used Small World Moving for an intra-state move. Great communication and tremendous value. Went off without a hitch. Quote was accurate and move was completed in a single day. Highly recommended. Very responsible and professional.

Great moving service and I got lucky to find them. From the start, Felicia was responsive, flexible, and very nice to work with. The movers (Jaime crew chief) showed up precisely when it was scheduled ( a first for me) and took five minutes top review the move. They rolled up their sleeves, rolled with a couple of things I threw at them, and didn't stop until my stuff was all loaded. They were extremely careful with my belongings, and with my house. Most importantly to me? The final price was in the range of Felicia's quote, and this company didn't soak me for extra things. Thank to Felicia and Jaime, and I couldn't recommend Small Moving World more.

On August 25th I hired this company to move my 2 bedroom apartment into my storage until my house was completed. They quoted me $550 and that was drafted from my account. Two older guys showed up, and hour late for our appointment time. had everything boxed and labeled, and the freight elevator was right outside my door, and the loading platform was (maybe) a one minute walk. After 3 hours the guys had to call in 2 other individuals to help. After 5 hours I get on the road to the storage, because it was about to close (the movers should have been 5 minutes behind me). I waited for another hour and contacted them, they said it was traffic. Found out they lied my cleaner stated the movers had left right behind me but because he forgot the contract they turned around. IF YOU ARE SMARTER THAN ME CHOSE ANOTHER COMPANY.

We have used Small World Moving four times and had a great experience each time. Felicia in the office has helped with all four moves. Felicia is always on top of things. Felicia is a friendly voice and responds to phone calls and emails quickly. With our latest move, Pete was one of the movers, and he was amazing!! We moved from a three-story apartment into a home. Pete had to go up and down the stairs in 110-degree temps and never complained. Pete was so friendly and is a very hard worker. I would highly recommend Small World Movers!

These guys were absolutely AMAZING. We were moving stuff from 2 houses to a final destination, and some stuff from one house was being installed at 2nd house etc... We got a great quote, very clear and concise, quoted 7 hrs.. They showed up today and were done in 4! They did not stop, just got to it, and were polite with it.It was 105f in Fort Worth today.... WE would have died! The 3 guys that came were lifesavers. THANK YOU

Damage leather sofa I wrap ALL my stuff to save time. And still scratch my sofa. I worker stayed in bathroom 30 minutes. Didn’t stack items couldn’t fit half of a three bedroom apartment. Have two of my sons helping. After two hours the was full. Unbelievable!Service: Local moving

Horrible experience! I wish I could give 0 stars. Small world was hired to move my things from Texas to North Carolina.. I paid for additional packing and the movers showed up with blankets only. They destroyed my apartment putting a hole in the wall and heavily scratching the floors. Which the owner has not compensated me for and has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional. When they arrived a week later to deliver my things 75 percent of my household goods were damaged, I've moved several times with bigger companies and this has never happened. I have TVs smashed, lamps broken, couches soiled and scratched, easily thousands of dollars in damage. This company is a complete nightmare and dealing with them was the worst experience of my life. In addition the movers showed up in an enterprise van and they were completely disrespectful and drinking on the job. I was threatened by them and literally had to call for security. Do yourself a favor and never hire this unprofessional company!!

I hired this company 2 times, once in 2019 to put my furniture in storage here in Texas when I relocated to Colorado. I used them again here in June to move my furniture from my storage to my Dallas apartment. When I unpacked my boxes and started to put my apartment together. I realized that some of my boxes were missing. Also a few of my black art wall pictures are missing. I am not sure if the 1st time they moved me if all of my stuff was removed from the truck. I 'll never know since it's to late to complain.Well this will be my last time using them since they tried to lie and say that I authorized the 2 workers to keep my $262 dollars for a tip. This was the money owed back to me since my move did not go over the scheduled 4.5 hours. First of all why would I tip them my remaining balance when I gave them each a $70 cash tip that day when they completed my move.Then they tried to say that I s/w the manager and signed off on giving the two workers my $262, first of all why would I pay more for tips than it cost me to move. Between the cash tip and my remaining refund my tip to them would have come up to over $400. I never s/w anyone that day when my move was completed. I signed off on the moving contract that my move was completed. I never signed off authorizing them to keep my remaining money that was do back to me. Well any way I received my money directly back into my account. I am not sure if they all were teamed up to try and scam me out of my money, but nice try you all just lost a good customer. I still can't believe they tried to bamboozle me out of my money. I am giving 3 stars because the workers did work fast and got me moved in.Also, I don't think that they put my bed together correctly it was shaky and unstable and the draw was not lined up correctly. I had to hirer someone else to take the bed apart and fix it, now it's all corrected.Service: In-county removals

this company came recommended by a friend and I'm really glad i took the recommendation, made moving so much easier. they were super nice and efficient. there was also great communication through the whole process, 10/10
