So I check in, my reservation was messed up. Antonia was cool, she helped me straighten out my situation. I get in my room and it seems clean....um no, there's hair on the walls behind the door, cosmetically speaking this property needs work. It used to be an office building. It looks like they got used furniture that was damaged. Now I discovered there's bugs in my light fixture. Im sure some bugs have been killed in here too based on the stains on the walls too. The laundry looks shady too. I am hoping it washes my clothes. Wlp just checked, they did not. I told the front desk my clothes didnt wash and she asked me was the water still leaking slow? Clearly she knew the washers dont work well and still didbt give me my money back! The door on the laundry room is practically falling off. Wasted my money. I was here for 4 days, had I know about this hotel before I would have stayed somewhere else. What's the purpose of being Diamond Status to get this type of service? Very disappointed I won't be returning when I come back to Dallas

Very pleased with my stay. Front desk guy who checked me in was friendly and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar was nice. Great stay.

Cute and fairly new boutique hotel. Rooms are clean, modern, and homey/cozy. Large indoor lounge area with a ton of seating. Didn't check out the pool area too well, but from what I did see, it looked well kept and a nice place to cool off with the family. Prices are decent, but I kind of feel like that's because of the area of town it's in.

Very nice! Came to Dallas to get my daughter moved in at UD. Not far from campus…Gated around side and back…security guard and cameras on site. Will definitely stay again.
Safety: Very safe.

Carpet was wet. They told me all of the rooms had wet carpet, so moving wouldn't help. Iron didn't work. Air conditioner made gurgling sounds intermittently throughout the night. Hotel shuttle, while appreciated, was the crappiest vehicle I think I've ever set foot in. The only natural light in the room was the little bit of light that comes from a skylight in the tiny little atrium lobby area.
