We then went through the detailed foot measurement process and determined what shoes would best fit my needs. After trying on three pairs, I selected the ones that worked best for me. All three recommendations were excellent - the one I selected was just slightly better than the other two.”

“I brought a pair of semi-custom black Stingray western boots to Ramirez Boots to have the heels lowered. Even though I asked for a higher than normal heel ,it proved too hard to walk in and it was starting to affect my shins. The boots were dropped off Sunday afternoon and they were ready Wednesday morning. Quality professional craftsmanship is not inexpensive.,but the price for service is fair and reasonable. Mr. Ramirez is a true professional boot maker that learned his skill from his father. A Oak Cliff tradition.”

“I just left this Lane Bryant location and I have to say it was such a good experience. Everyone was polite and respectful and promptly took my clothes to the dressing room and hung them for me when the load was getting heavy. Maggie went out of her way to help me utilize my Lane Style Cash and other discounts I was properly eligible for. There may be another tough review or two and it could have been a misunderstanding or a tough situation (hopefully everyone involved learned from the past experiences, moved on and forgave-I’m in no way discounting anyone’s experience) for everyone involved, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit on today. Thanks Maggie and everyone. I truly looking forward to returning soon.”

When I mentioned I was looking for a pair that could be resoled, he showed me his cobbler's equipment and the unique steps he personally goes through to resole a pair of boots. “Want to pay a compliment to Kenny in the Dallas store. I had a last minute wardrobe emergency and he helped me get in and out in less than 15 minutes with a great looking business outfit and he even steamed my shirt on the spot (didn't even have to ask...he had the steamer going before I even knew). He was very familiar with the inventory, which led him to efficient time management that benefitted my time crunch. Would recommend. That guy earned a raise!”

“I’ve been here 4 times and bought 5 pairs of shoes for my husband and I over the past several years. You’d be hard pressed to find more knowledgable or friendlier staff than here at Karizmah. They have a large selection for rhythm, smooth, and practice shoes. Many of the staff are dancers themselves, so they know what to look for and how a dance shoe should fit. I can’t recommend this place enough. They even have a great selection of dresses, ties, and menswear at affordable prices!”

“We almost missed this store because it’s through another store… it has been a highlight for my son who is obsessed with customized shoes. We had no idea they even did that when arriving. My son noticed someone in the back working on shoes… we were able to watching him a bit closer and learn about the process. After finding all white Nike Air forces at another sweet store 2nd Street we came back to have them customized. Benji has been beyond patient with us and so kind. Highly recommend a visit and customization. We met him Friday and he was able to get us shoes ready Sunday afternoon!! We pick them up in a few hours.”
