Ordered some quarts of paint online on Friday at two stores. This one and the Lakewood one as each store only had a limited amount of the paint I needed. The Lakewood store staff were professional as always and I was prompted to pick the paints up an hour after placing the order. The Lake June store didn't send any e-mail or call for two days so on Sunday I called and it went straight to voicemail as they were 'very busy with customers' according to the voicemail message. So I drove there and as soon as I walked in to the store that had zero customers, and a young guy says "The machines are down, you cant get paint". I explained I put an online order in on Friday and nobody was returning my voicemails. He said the machines had been down since Friday. Why did I not get a call saying that? Why are they not answering their voicemails in a clearly-empty store?
I said I wanted to cancel the order and wanted a refund. He looked down at the keyboard and pressed a button and said "That's it cancelled", which was impressive because I didn't give him the order number or PO. I spent the next three days calling them (straight to voicemail, they're very busy) until this morning when I finally got through to someone at the store. She said they would cancel the order I placed five days ago and I soon received an e-mail saying the order was cancelled. I was lied to for five days, and my four voicemails remain unanswered. Go to the Lakewood store on Gaston, they know their job.

Terrible service in this store, they don't know what
What is customer service? There is a boy named Sebastián who has a terrible attitude as if they don't get paid to be there.

The best Sherwin location I’ve been too.The manager Sebastian is always kind & helpful which I appreciate since I don’t know much about paint.The store gets really busy from 7 am to 10 am all week so I avoid going during those times.He also tries to keep the store the cleanest and provide the best customer service. Will come back to this location and will recommend it to friends as family as I’ve always been helped to the fullest and always feel welcomed.
