These guys really screwed me over, not ones but twice. i went to get several paint colors for a restaurant job, three gallons of different colors. The lip was not sealed, so i went back the next day to get paint for another project. i needed some paint for gabinetes for a very expensive home and talked with the manager about the paint that was spilled in my work van, they made me wait long time for the manager to come talked to me while i was waiting i saw this guys laughing in the dack and looking it i was still there waiting so the manager came out finally after 15 min of waiting so i bought the paint for the gabinetes and one gallon for the walls the put all the paint in a box when i got to the site i set the paint on the floor after 10 minutes i looked back and all the paint for the gabinetes was spilled on the floor that were just refinishing here are some pictures owner of this store please check the cameras and reach out to me to see who is goint to pay for all the damages.

Have to throw a shout out to Meagan here. She was wonderfully helpful and took care of everything for us for our painting needs. Wish everyone delivered customer service like her – highly recommend!

Asked clerk for help in selecting a stain color to closely match another brands color. I was informed the store does not do that. I was shown the colors and told to make my own match. Really poor customer service. I did use the help service on the SW website which was most helpful, and which made a match for me.

The nimrod behind the counter refused to fill my paint sample order because I had, unknowingly, called the wrong location. Now, I've been in customer service a long time...and a lady with a four year old who just needs 3 samples, should just get her paint. But no! They REFUSED to sell me paint because the other location, which I'm not driving to btw, had already done it. So we left.

Every time I stop in for paint, they are fast and efficient. Sherwin Williams cost more than other options but sometimes you get what you pay for.

On a recent visit to the Sherwin-Williams paint store on North peters in the French quarter we received excellent service and were in and out of the store in no time. The staff was friendly and attentive, and when I explained that I was in a bit of a hurry, he quickly processed my request, and I was out the door in less than five minutes. The location is very convenient to the French quarter and Sherwin-Williams has a full selection of all your painting and supply needs. Thanks

I visited this location for the first time today. I was the first customer of the day, I was there as soon as the doors opened. The young lady there was very welcoming, excellent customer service; but then another customer came in the store. So she informed the other customer she would be with her in a moment. A few more second with me, she stopped assisting me and went to help the other customer. as she should have because she was the only worker there. I don’t have an issue with that. So I waited while she assisted the other customer. I’m waiting, 2 min turned into 5, 5 into 10, 10 into 15. So the employee never came back to assist me even though I was the first customer in the store. It was evident that the other customer didn’t have a simple question or issue but a bigger issue (wanting a certain paint that this location was out of). So instead of asking the other customer to wait for a few while she finished assisting me, again because it clear her issue would take some time, she never came back to me. The employee provided excellent customer service to this other customer, calling different locations to find her paint color, etc…. all while I was left to wait with not even an acknowledgement that I was still in the store. Or an apology when I finally decided to leave. Oh the other customer did come over and apologize for taking the employee from me and taking up her time …lol. Disappointing to say the least.
