The gentleman named Jason is a person who works at the Leo store in Dallas, he always greets you with a bad attitude. I know that sometimes you have bad days, but that gentleman always treats you in a bad way.I needed to buy a spray machine and the truth is, he treated me in a terrible way, it seemed like I was going to ask him instead of buying. this store service is very poor!!! When to get a color match. Girl at the front desk comes back with the match and paint with out me agreen to the match and says it done you have to pay, with out asking me if the match is okay. She then goes off on me for not wanting to pay and says go somewhere else where they can give you more attention. Very, very poor customer service. how sad. I've been buying from Sherwin-Williams for over 5 years plus, and thats how they treat their contractors. Wow, wow....

I ordered a case of tape online and they called me to say it was ready. We drove from Fort Worth to pick it up. They said they sold it to someone else before we could get there. Sherwin-Williams continues to be a complete waste of time.
