I get an energy shot from here and was asked what they are for and after explaining the clerk asked was I addicted to them out loud with other customers around. While I am not addicted to them they help me function as I suffer from depression. I feel as if that question is very disturbing to ask a customer. They need better customer service training here.

Poor customer service and they say that the restrooms are closed for service due to covid, but none of the employees had on masks or gloves and no hand sanitizer in site. And this was after me making a purchase.

Filled up with gasoline almost full tank just to find that the restrooms are locked with a padlock and no restrooms are available! This is ridiculous I've wasted my time getting gas here it'll be the last time! Thank you Cheryl for such a ridiculous service station bye-bye and good riddance!

My summary of what happened this morning. I always get gas/cars washed at this station. Usually everyone is very nice. This morning I asked Maria for gas. I saw my fuel rewards wasn't coming up . I asked Maria she said I didn't tell her I wanted it. Usually they ask or the option would appear. After a couple of tries I show Maria the screen. I asked Maria what do she need to get this transaction done. Communication was off. There were 6 men in line behind me Maria told them I don't know what I am doing. I said I don't work here that's why I'm asking you. She told me to leave and get gas somewhere else. I asked for her manager she was the manager . I asked for whoever was over her she said she didn't have that information. She took the next customer and asked him did he have fuel rewards he said yes, but she didn't ask me, go figure. I can't condemn the entire store over the actions of one person name Maria but she was irate for no reason. I wonder how many people have she treated like this. Maria had horrible customer service and the owner should know about it. .
