Be careful coming to this location, just recently experienced money theft from this location. My husband’s card was hacked into by using their device to pay for his stuff and when approached about it my husband was treated disrespectfully by a very unprofessional cashier, the one with a nose ring, blond hair and tattoos. She Immediately raised her voice being very rude, hostile and saying smart and disrespectful remarks at my husband. They gave my husband the run around and lied to him about there being no manager until he managed to get on the phone with the store owner who said there was a manager and he was speaking to them already even though they lied to him. The store manager had to tell the cashier to “shut up” in Spanish because she kept being aggressive and tried rushing us out the store to leave but she refused to listen until a customer came in and she dealt with them but came right back to us with her hostiliy still rushing us out while I was still speaking to the store manager. When my husband came back with me to get more information about this, I asked for her name and she refused to do so being smart and saying she doesn’t have to.

Worst shell ever every time I go there there ATM is out of service, and the night cashier locks the door and sits down and watches movie on his phone and won't unlock the door

Cashier tooo busy flirting with all the Men to get my gas ,went in 3 times then ended up moving to another pump. Very Poor Customer Service.

Never fill up the paper for outdoor receipts which cause a huge line to back up-needto teach cashiers how to refill paper.

The black male that works night is extremely rude I went in last night and he gave me my total...he took the dollars and just walked away from the counter w/o even taking the full amount. The Indian cashier apologized for him doing that and took the remainder of the money. This guy should be fired, the black male cashier always remember if it wasn't for the CUSTOMERS the store would not need him. Get your customer service skills together.

The Indian female that works at the counter is very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! She needs to be FIRED! This Shells gas station will STEAL YOUR MONEY! Use at your own risk!

On August 19th I tried to go through the automated car wash, selected the $9 wash, put my card in the payment slot and got a notification that “the network was down”. So I left the car wash without service and one hour later Shell charged my card and stole the $9 that the car wash never provided services for. No one at cashapp is getting my money back and the number on the website for this location is never answered. So don’t use their car wash otherwise the machine will have so called “network error” then steal your money after you leave with no service. If the owners try to contact me after they see this review and they give my stolen money Back then I will remove this review. Let’s see what happens.

I walk to this Shell all the time for my Marlboro Menthols and possibly a soda, great customer service.

It was closed at 7:30 am on 6/29/23. No sign, just closed. But there was someone sweeping up trash outside. Terrible
