This man’s behavior was not just unprofessional—it was aggressive, demeaning, and deeply alarming.
My wife and I stopped by to grab waters and use the restroom. She politely and calmly asked if she could use the restroom. She must have misheard him say, “You don’t have to ask,” when he likely meant, “You have to ask.”
She walked toward the restroom but found it locked. As she turned back, this man began yelling at her so harshly and intensely that it brought her to tears. She felt so unsafe and shaken that she immediately asked us to leave.
I approached him with a calm and respectful tone to ask why he felt it was appropriate to speak to her that way. His response? He doubled down and claimed he was the manager. He wore no name tag, and made no effort to de-escalate or take responsibility.
Several customers witnessed this disturbing interaction.
For any business—especially one serving the public—this kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Shell needs to investigate this individual immediately. Judging by other reviews and a photo posted previously, this appears to be a pattern, not an isolated incident.
No one should be spoken to—let alone yelled at—with such hostility for simply trying to use the restroom.

Horrible customer service, very rude!
I asked about using the restroom and waited patiently for a few minutes and I asked if he is sure somebody is using the restroom. His response was very aggressive and not nice so I carefully said that I was only wondering if somebody’s using the restroom so he attacked me again. After that I decided I do not want to use their service and I will never come back to use this store or gas station.
There is an excellent gas station across the street great customer, service, and cheaper.

The New Taco place here is not good at all. I ordered nachos and she put my nachos in the microwave to melt my cheese. That's an insult to nachos. Steak was horrible. Absolutely horrible experience.

PRICE GOUGING ALERT. Over $1.60 higher than the nearest gas stations less than a mile away save your money and give your business to someone who's not price gouging.

Trash overflowing and looked especially ugly. Clerk acted like he didn't want to help when I asked for help with ice and didn't bother to tell me where it was outside so I had to walk around the entire station to find it. No washer fluid. If you hate your job and business you should get a new one, seriously.

just left the store and had a bad experience. the little girl working behind the counter was rude. Walked in to her blasting music like she’s working at club. Couldn’t cash in a $100 scratch off ticket at 7PM because she said her manager told her too although i was going to get $60 worth of tickets. she said she couldn’t after 6 but can sell scratch off tickets after 6pm that doesn’t make any sense at all. she had a look on her face like i don’t care.
