The diesel was coming out so slow, I stopped at $15 and went somewhere else. I also didn’t go inside buy anything else because of the inconvenience store. Get it together!

BAD BAD BAD Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Rude man got mad at me because he didn’t understand my simple instructions. I asked to pay with a gift card and I want to use my fuel rewards to get my discount and you didn’t do it right.!!!!!! Listen some time I don’t care what country you are from be respectful I know they don’t act like that in Ethiopia.

Do not ever come to the store... Employee zeke be stealing from people. If you buy anything and want to return it bc you didn't need it less then 10 min he cannot refund. He keeps giving you the round around and has had me come in e days know and wants me to come back a 4th day. Sorry as customer service ???

rude a** mfs. A person cant go in and buy what they want to buy without getting made fun of??? its their job to ring up what customers are going to buy not give their opinion on what they're buying. so rude and unprofessional!

this place is annoying. it's a 24 hrs place but the older man that works there just decides to close and lock the doors randomly for no reason. will not be coming back here again. absolutely ridiculous.

I've had it with the street trash that constantly loiters and harasses people getting gas. Maybe if they'd station a Dallas Drug Enforcement vehicle in this parking lot, it would run off some of the burnouts. It's a nice area overall but some the businesses have taken a lackadaisical approach to customer safety and overall courtesy. Needless to say, this isn't an uncommon or rare opinion of this location. Something needs done about it.

The staff does not help at all. The air pump does not work and they don’t even put up a sign here. We used the pump which actually sucked the air out and made it more dangerous to drive to another gas station. The staff was very impatient and just made us look for another gas station, without pointing out where the direction was. I was not expecting anything high quality of service or any help, can you just put up a sign if it’s not working?

I was about to be ripped off by a cashier when prepaid for gas. I decided to prepay because it was the first time I was at the gas station and when I checked for the security seal at the pump, it was gone... so I decided to pay inside. I told the cashier I wanted to pay for $10. Before I leave, I asked for receipt...and I'm glad I did... because as I pump gas, I noticed that the receipt said $40!!! There was no way my car could hold $40 worth of gas!!! After I filled up to be even $ amount, I took a photo at the pump how much I filled, and then went back to the same cashier. Fortunately he didn't argue and credited the unused $ amount, but I got a feeling that he overcharged my credit card intentionally. This has never happened before at Shell gas station... I only go to Shell, and it was a shock to me. No more visit to this location.
