Idk why my review didn't get posted! Place sucks! Manager is really rude and mean. On top of the horrible customer service they charged my card $200 worth of gas when I only put $50. Never coming here again!

The price on the sign shows $2.99, but my receipt shows $3.00. The Fuel Rewards discount wasn't even applied. I didn't see it until I got home. Ugh!Besides, there was a guy who was standing by the car in front of me but not getting gas. He was just standing there grabbing his crotch. Geez!

-1 star tbh!!!! These trash men are why I don't have sympathy for what goes down in their country. Want to be evil? You get evil back. There is a reason this place is victim to crime, and the 7 Eleven across from it isnt.. its those creeps not the community. Oh and they definitely are going to scam you if your paying with card. Your welcome. 7 Eleven is your best bet for convenience in this area.

They need new pups, and the service inside the store is awful.As an American citizen these people don’t show any respect towards us, all they care about is money, and we gave them the opportunity to start a business and I believe that got a grant from our government and as a true American our government won’t even try to help us to make a better life for us.Why?????????

I selected regular at the gas pump, it gave me plus instead....so I ended up paying 32 bucks at 3.39 instead of 2.89....never coming back.

The food at this location is awesome. I only come here for the food. The other amenities are pricey. I DO NOT buy anything else here but the food from the Mexican Food counter! I have to be specific.

I'm a shell rewards member and this shell did not honor my rewards. Then I've always buy lottery with my debit card they refused to sell lottery to me unless I had cash. Tell me who uses cash a lot these days not a very nice place but I do understand it's in a bad area of Dallas. Never want to go back here.

Today i decided to get my car washed at the car wash behind this Shell station at Buckinham and Plano Road. I've seen it advertised 100% hand washed for over a couple of years now but, really wasn't sure about how well the job would be done. Surly they couldn't do as good of a job as the gentlemen do back home! .when I go down to visit! Those people really HANDWASH , I thought to myself. Well so do these guys! The name of the business is "Charrez Hand Car Wash & Detail" . It's not fancy not aesthetically pleasing to those who wants all the bells and whistles . But they get the job done! And I'm very pleased. They are on Facebook and they are open 7 days a week 8 to 6p.m. After my nightmare experience with the machine wash, I've not been too quick to get my car washed. However, now I feel better about this small little business where the owner works like I do, " Hard for the money".

If you pay with a credit or debit card you will be charged 10¢ more PER GALLON. Such a rip off. What's worse is that the store and surrounding area does not feel safe, even in the day. I'm not coming back to this place.

This small store has become a favorite. They have great item selections and they honor T-Mobile gas deals! Great staff. I gotta try the taqueria, it always smells so great.
