I’ve come here almost every week for years, the manager Mike is always great to talk with. BUT last few times I went there’s been a new girl. Last night I walked over to buy some beer and candy for my kids. Since I walked from my apt I forgot to bring my ID, the guys that work there know me but the girl seems very new and said i needed my ID. I told her it was fine, to just let me pay for the candy and leave…. she said no and told me to leave?? I told her I just wanted the candy, as I had promised my kids and I would have to walk to another store late at night. She did not care.
probably won’t be going back any time soon this girl definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Again, everyone else, especially Mike, is great.

April 10th, 2023 at 8:30 PM I stopped by this store to get gas and received THE WORST customer service of my entire life. An older Indian gentleman was working behind the desk. I did not catch his name because I was SO UPSET as I was leaving. He was being incredibly rude to the customer in front of me. The cashier was yelling at this customer (who OBVIOUSLY did not understand English well) while the store was packed with other customers. This poor man looked so lost. No one said anything about this cashiers treatment towards him except me! I told the cashier that it was unnecessary to speak to this man so rudely when it obvious he did not understand English. All the man wanted was a RECEIPT! After that poor customer left, it was my turn in line. I tried to pay for my gas with two different cards and they were both declined, although there was money on them! After the second try he told me I ''needed to go to the back of the line because there was no money on my cards". Yes he said this loudly/rudely in front of everyone in the store. I told him my cards have money and it must be his machine. He would not let me try one more time and told me to LEAVE! I went to my car and checked my cards which had money on them! So I walk back into the store and to avoid talking with him I went straight to the ATM to withdraw cash. As soon as I got to the machine he started YELLING at me, saying that if I mess up his machine that I will be "IN TROUBLE". How you mess up an ATM machine I have no idea. I will not take abuse or watch others deal with abuse and keep my mouth shut. This cashier and I started yelling at each other in front of other customers while I was withdrawing my cash. Low and behold I was able to withdraw cash! (Funny how the ATM worked, but not his payment machine). He made myself and every other person in that building feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. This man needs to be identified and FIRED. He was an older Indian man and he was the ONLY cashier working at 8 PM April 10th, 2023. It is not okay to treat anyone the way he was treating customers last night. I will be back, and if I exhibit the same treatment I WILL call corporate and file a compliant until he is GONE! NEVER have I experienced such horrible treatment!

QWB is a dba for a shell station at the corner of Spring Valley and Coit in North Dallas. This station has been there for years and it looks like it. The main thing you will notice about this place is that it could use a good cleaning and a no loitering sign. It is dirty. The concrete by the pumps, the pumps themselves (which also have graffiti etched into them), and inside the store itself. Have a little pride folks, if not for yourselves, maybe for the neighborhood! The loitering at this station is an issue too. There are a lot of unsavory characters that are there a lot of times that are just hanging out. I don't get the impression they are drug dealers or anything like that, but it is always alarming when stations have folks that just hang out.

I went to Shell station @14040 Coit in Dallas Texas as I have 2 to 3 times a week for the last 10 years and was absolutely dumbfounded by the racist treatment I first received from an employee and then the utter lack of concern from Shell customer service.
