I didn't know how much it $$ it would take to fill up my car so the cashier wanted to hold my credit card. I finally told him a $$ amount. Why would a cashier ask me for my credit card while I pump gas?

The gentleman working was surprisingly very nice and helpful when I misplaced my credit card. I had laid it down on the other countertop. Silly me ... my overall visit here was good . I will get my gas there again and again I am sure.
