I’m all about patience, but when I have an urgent situation where I need to fuel and go somewhere I could not be accommodated. I knocked at the door 4 mins ago (9:53pm) and agent tells me to wait. I can understand if you’re changing registers/cashiers it can be sensitive. The man stares me dead in the eyes and tells me to hold on as he proceeds to CLEAN the window sill. Absolutely dissatisfied. Mind you, there was another customer inside which is why we have this review.

I was at the 7-Eleven shell station on fort Worth avenue and Hampton Ave. Excellent customer service so if you want to slide in and get you a slurpee or hot chocolate I advise that you go to this one. Thank you.

They didn't have gas? And they only accepted cards, no cash. Very rude employees. There was absolutely no signage anywhere saying any of this. We had to wait behind a driver that stopped between pumps and we could not have pumped gas even if they had it. After nearly 10 plus minutes he finally moved. The cashiers are unprofessional and could not give any explanations for this.

Had to go inside and wait for a receipt because the pump wasn't dispensing receipts. I was in a hurry and lost 10 minutes as it was very busy

Terrible service . They wouldn't service me and said the pump weren't working were in fact they were working and fine . Liars and cheaters . They left me with an empty tank in the middle of the worst neighborhood in Dallas and in the middle of the night.
