Manager Nina is a very nice and helpful lady. Every time I have stopped there and she's on duty. She always has a smile on her face and very helpful to customers. Will continue doing business with this with this location.

Got held against my will by mena for like 5 minutes. Locked the door and wouldn’t let me leave. I asked the price of an item she said it was 89 cents. Then she told me the total was $1.40. I questioned it and she got rude. So the right price was $1.40 and I gave her $5.50. She gave me back the coin change and looked at me like “Why are you still here?” I told her I have her a $5 bill she continued to argue. She gave me back $3. I said you owe me $1. She closed the register and lost her mind. Telling me all kinds of stuff about who she is and how “She don’t play that”. After 3 minutes of remedial insults and name calling from her she finally gave the dollar back. As I’m walking to the door she’s still talking smack. I traded insults with her and she locked the door on me. 5 more minutes of her talking smack and she wouldn’t let me out of the building. I would’ve called the police but my phone was in the car. I told her to let me out, because she was holding me against my will. I told her I was gonna complain to corporate, she said she was the owner. Smh. After all that she said more insults and finally opened the door.I committed no crimes and it’s not my fault she was preoccupied with her phone call and doesn’t know how to count. Terrible attitude and her missing teeth didn’t make it any better.I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow to file a formal complaint. I still might file a police report because she wouldn’t let me leave. This happened 10/24/23 just after 1pm.

Velen was very helpful. I bought some items from inside and she was smiling and helped me with nutritional info and encouraged me to try a new snack. I thought she was the owner, no just very friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

In for gas. Card reader a bit cantankerous not wanting to read cards. Overall pump areas were clean and well stocked.

Jimena is a rockstar!! Every time I visit my neighborhood Shell station, she is polite to everyone, efficient and fast at her job as cashier/manager, and not only that goes above and beyond in order to be kind to perfect strangers. Just the other night, I was headed out on a 1st date when I suddenly realized my tire was flat. Disaster! I was going to be late! I pulled in to use the air pump in a hurry. Then, to my dismay, I realized I had absolutely zero cash on me. Jimena to the rescue! She saved my bacon with a free use of the air compressor and I made it to my date on time. This lady needs a promotion and a raise!!!
