"The neighborhood convenience store"!?... More like an inconvenience:
The store although carrying a good and wide selection of products is lacking in consistency of customer service; they're NOT open 24 hrs like Google search results shows, their open and closing times varies from 6am, 7am, 8am to 10pm, 10:30pm, 11pm, 11:30pm, or whenever they want but if you want to call for any reason, their phone number is not a working number.
Also, they have game machines in there and although I don't play, I have witnessed several players discussing with the employees about prize payments, apparently they choose when to pay and what to pay, whether you won fair and square high amount prizes are not their favorites and they would come up with some excuses as to why they won't pay, or the amount they'll pay as if it was a betting debate, by law if you win "XYZ" then your payment should be "XYZ" and not "ABC" like they will propose and if you don't accept it, then they simply will ignore all you say with receipts or not they would banned you from there and if you show back, they threatened with calling police and accuse you of stealing. As I said, it hasn't happened to me but I've witnessed this situation a few times and I'm not a frequent customer so I cannot imagine the times that this scenario takes place.
As a business owner and neighbor myself; I'm an avid believer in helping your neighborhood economy and development by supporting local businesses, but it's all the neighborhood member's responsibility to lookout for businesses that have poor customer service practices as well as loyalty and services provided to help the neighborhood. We all have a voice so let's use it for the good of all and for all.

How is it that I was pumping gas at this fuel pump but nothing was coming out of it and it was still taking money from my card? I tried to contact customer service about this issue but apparently the case was closed for no good reason. DO NOT GET GAS HERE, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

The service sucks and they barely spoke English. They post one price while charging another and when I called to see what time they remain open, their phone is out of service. This place is lying on their posts. This is not a 24/7 place. They open late in the day and close early, around 8. They need to change employees or shut it down.

Orhan was very nice and took care of us. Was welcoming and helpful with the local address. I thought he was the shop owners son, but no he was just taking care of the gas station as it was his own.

Pay attention!Here no restroom!Also I checked 1 years ago reviews. Said. Even you pay the gas , they don’t want to you use restroom. They have restroom but locked.Looks like 1 year didn’t change anything!

Terrible cashier. I was very friendly and asked how he's doing. He looked at me and purposely ignored me and threw my items around. Find a new job! I'll stop anywhere else next time.

Cashier was extremely rude. I was on my way to work, I grabbed some snacks and the total price was double what it should be. I went to put 3 items back and he yelled at me and said don't put items back you don't know where they go! Nothing here is 99cents! He said. I was just trying to get food for lunch. It was embarrassing and rude. I proceeded to say he was rude.. then he followed me out and called my job because I was driving a company vehicle. Most rudest place I've been in texas by far. Don't go here!!!!

Do not pump here. I was having trouble at the pump paying with card kept saying expired although it wasn't. Hate seeing the cashier but needed gas. So I went inside and I explained to the guy and he 1. Didnt let me use my Shell rewards points to pump 2. He berated me loudly and said declined means you dont have any money. I said no it doesnt. Just go pump 1 min down the street at the 7Eleven. 7eleven didn't act rudely with me. Its brand new, its clean and the pumps do not have the void sticker ripped like Shell. AGAIN DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
