First off it is State Law you cannot charge a minimum purchase for using a debit card you can for credit card transactions. Second of all the woman who is the manager in the store is so nasty and disrespectful. How do you have that attitude working in customer service? She is a bad look for this business they should promote one of the men that is already working there. Sunny (The Owner) your so called corporate number is not professional cost $10/month to get you a 1-800 number. The number you have is on a regular phone that you don’t even keep and does not have a voicemail you charge tax for medication like Tylenol that is not a taxable item. The manager the girl she yells back tell people she don’t care what they say. She said she knows it says that about the debit cards but she is just doing what she is told to do. So if Sunny says jump off the building you gone jump? I am so disgusted.

I didn't have any problems with the service here. I didn't go in to pay for the gas. I thought it was cool that there was a McDonald's, which was pretty convenient. I went to the drive through, and they did a good job with my order.

Pumps here are designed to auto lock open so if you want to stop them before you are full you have to insert your finger behind the latch and get horribly pinched to stop the pump going ?

I gave cashier $21 for an $11 transaction and he only gave me my coin change back and not the $10. Then the cashier proceeded to tell me he couldn't give me my change because he wasn't sure I gave him a 20 and I needed to call in the morning after they check cameras and talk to a manager. So I called and their was 2 managers on the line, a man and a woman and they were super rude and acted like I was lying about it. Horrible customer service! Then told me to come in and get it even though they weren't sure I gave them a 20. I live 2 hours away. I asked if they could send it via mail or something. They refused and said "I told you what to do" and hung up on me.

I love shell because I make save 5 cents every time I pump gas but lately I hate it because every pump I go to Dallas TX. I pay at the pump I had to go inside of the store and get my receipt because they never fix it. I hate going inside of the store get in line just for my receipt

Very bad service and they don't let you use the bathroom
