I went to Subaru parts department. The man could not have been nicer. He got the right part. Put it on for me and advised me what to do next. I would never buy a car from anyone else. Sewell has the best customer service than any other dealership I have been to and I’ve been to many in my 55 years of driving.

My wife and I took our '22 Outback XT to this dealership because of an engine oil leak. While at the dealership, we looked at a new '25 Forester in the showroom, one that had been prepped for delivery and my wife test drove yet another one. While still at the dealership, our service advisor called us and recommended we consider replacing the front tires and aligning the front suspension on the car. After returning home, I called the service advisor, we discussed and agreed on several details regarding the tires and alignment and I told him to proceed. After a couple of days, we returned to pick up our repaired car. Based on our interactions with this dealership during this interaction I am rating them a 3, because; 1. The '25 Forester in the showroom had a dirty engine compartment. 2. The rear bumper on the '25 Forester that was prepped for delivery had been roughly cut and poorly trimmed during the installation of a trailer hitch. 3. Our newly repaired car had been washed, but the entire passenger side of the car had dirty water spots on it. 4. After returning home, I noticed the two new tires had been installed on the back of the car instead of the front, as had been previously agreed to. But on the bright side, the dealership was clean, the test drive went well, everyone we interacted with were polite and attentive and hopefully, the oil leak (the original reason for the visit) has been corrected. So, while this dealership prides itself on customer service and attention to detail, our experience shows there is definitely room for further improvement regarding attention to detail, in a number of different areas.

Thank you thank you thank you to Tad Binkley and the Sewell Subaru team! This was my first experience buying a car and this dealership made it incredibly easy. You always hear about the horror stories of dealerships. Too pushy salesmen, shady practices, but that was never the case at Sewell Subaru!
I work later in the day, and Tad was willing to stay passed final appointment time (multiple times!!) to help me navigate the car buying journey. As well, I was able to find the perfect car that fits my daily wants and needs.
Again, thank you so much to Tad and the Sewell Subaru team for my wonderful experience with you guys!

Andrey Saparov went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was I impressed by the Subaru BRZ, but also his transparent approach. He presented pricing options clearly without pressure or upselling tactics. His goal was to get me behind this thing sas quickly as possible! (Or in this case, place an order for one!)I appreciate Andrey's straightforwardness and would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience. I'll be sure to update this review to 5 stars once I get my hands on that BRZ and of course give you guys the scoop on my buying experience.

Andrey is the best Subaru salesman in the USA. I went to about 15 dealerships. He is very knowledgeable and considerate. They offered a great price from the start. Matt the lead tech guy is also a wealth of knowledge. Everyone I've dealt with here is top notch. This is my first Subaru and my family's second Sewell experience.

My mother and I have bought all of our cars here. The staff is amazing and will find you the perfect car for you. They don’t just stop there, they’ll take care of you after the fact. This past Friday my car was vandalized at a local Tom Thumb. The manager Clark was amazing with how well he took care of everything. My car was spotless once I left, I tell everyone who needs a car to go here.

This week, I purchased my very first Subaru, and I have to say that the experience was incredibly smooth, all thanks to Byron. I was thoroughly impressed by Byron's extensive knowledge about the vehicle, and the level of customer service he provided was truly unparalleled. What's more, he even took the time to answer a few additional questions I had over the phone the next day. I can confidently say that I will be returning to Byron at Sewell Subaru for all my future Subaru purchases.

I went to Sewell Subaru this morning looking at a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Forester Wilderness. I was helped by Nathan Valdez, and he provided excellent service! I highly recommend asking for him, he knows about all the vehicles features and showed me around their beautiful facility at Sewell. Great dealership and excellent service it’s been the best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever received to date. Only item I’m not pleased with is window chip repair was not well done in the middle of the windshield. I didn’t notice it when I got the vehicle thought it was just dirty and it wasn’t mentioned at all throughout the process. Thankfully I worked out a deal for the windshield replacement but it should have been the dealership’s expense. I just had to replace a tire that when I received it from the dealership it had a plug in it that started losing air. Sewell needs to do a better job at inspecting there certified pre-owned vehicles.

Wow! What great service. Tad Binkley did a great job making sure everythig was to my satisfaction. He even went above and beyond addressing a couple of issues. He even hand delivered my new vehicle. I will definitely be back.
