Lovely staff and beautiful displays. High quality furniture and home goods. Felt very welcome there!

Serena and Lilly Dallas should be ashamed of themselves. They are constantly closed with no warning in the middle of the day on major shopping days such as Friday or Saturday for “remodeling“ or “team meetings” etc. For people who are driving from far away to make it to the store, it would be very polite of them to have actual normal store hours.

That is the first time i ever bother to write a bad review but i felt compelled to do so.I purchased a rocking chair for my pregnant wife from this store, but unfortunately, when it arrived at my home, it had some issues that were not present in-store. Specifically, it had a terrible clicking and squeaking sound that would disturb our baby. When I contacted the store to ask for a repair, they refused and directed me to contact Home Depot instead.I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received in this situation. While the initial purchase experience was fine, the store's unwillingness to help me resolve the faulty product even on my own dime !i, having a baby and dont care for the extra expanse!just needed help resolving an issue.the solution was frustrating and insulting. I expected more from a store that sells furniture, especially one that markets itself as "high end".even though they do have some good looking furniture i will never step in this store agin and hope i saved someone from this terrible place and service.

I had an excellent experience with Karen Fleming at the Dallas McKinney Ave. store in June 2022. I purchased two Driftway 3-Drawer Nightstands and am extremely pleased with the products, white glove delivery, and service I received from Karen.

Not helpful or friendly staff. One phone call made my purchase decision easy. Not shopping here!

My review is more for the overall company than one particular store. I ordered two chairs online that looked beautiful. (Of course there is no way to see them in person since they are mostly an online brand.) When they arrived they didn't look as high end or as substantial as they did in the photos. And the fabric felt cheap. It just wasn't as it looked in the photos. So I went to send it back and they charged me $50 to ship it back to them. They claimed it was $25 per box (I didn't know that it would even be shipped in two boxes at two different times so that wasn't my decision to begin with.) Not to mention I had to pay shipping to begin with when I placed the order. So somehow they took almost $75 dollars from me and I am left with nothing. Also customer service is awful. No way to make a return without contacting them and they are awful when you do. It was my first experience with the brand but I will never order anything from here again. Buyer Beware.

I hate to be a Karen, but this store is pure clownery. It wasn't appointment-only at all for the first few years it was open and was popular, welcoming, and, I dunno, NORMAL. I've purchased several big-ticket items from this store before. I'm also on their mailing list and get bombarded with snail mail postcards reminding me that the Knox store exists and that they'd "love to see me soon."So I wasn't aware that they'd closed the showroom to the public. I went at 11am (not their lunch) on a Saturday, ideal home-shopping time, and the door was locked. The door was opened by a miserable-looking Gen Z employee who mumbled angrily that "their 'business model' is appt-only" but then said "I guess if you want to look around you can. Tell me what you want to see."Woweee, thanks for the welcome. Is it appointment only or not? Either is fine, but tell me what the rules are and stick to them, instead of scowling at me for not knowing them. She made me feel like I was breaking and entering. What I originally wanted to do was select a new rug and bedding. I'm not going to order a huge area rug without checking the quality and color in person, because rugs are way too cumbersome to return. Just let me see the rugs! Why are you making this SO strange?Store was utterly dead, no other people inside. I'm a Millennial who often feels like apologizing for just existing, and that's how Serena and Lily made me feel today. I very awkwardly apologized (I don't know why) and bolted out of the store.I'm basically their ideal customer and had an interest in their aesthetic, but sorry, I guess, that I'm not a Highland Park interior designer? Why even have a showroom, paired with a website, in the most pedestrian-friendly neighborhood in Dallas if you DON'T WANT FOOT TRAFFIC?The whole interaction was a truly unique combination of pretentiousness and the kind of limp apathy one experiences at a Walmart Supercenter customer service desk.Just go to Room and Board instead. They're angels over there, and it's like, a store you can just go walk around in. What a concept.

I wish I had seen these comments before I fell for Serena & Lilly's scam. And it was less the one star.First I had a coupon for free shipping that never work and when I called customer services they said “the coupon was already redeemed, the persone was rude and without knowledge or manners.I should had taken as a signal , however I decided to buy the chairs and paid $80 for shipping and spent $1000 on 3 bar stool chair. Two months after I placed the order, I decided to contact Serena an Lilly to find out where my order status. They said it was delivered a week ago, but I never get them. After a couples back and forth emails a lead not even a manager decided that the transportation company has a picture of a man with boxes and that was proof of delivery and the shipping paid was only to left boxes outside, I should contact my insurance to report a theft. I lost my money and never received a package.Serena and Lilly has terrible customer services , not responsibility for goods . Keep your eyes open don't be a victim of the Serena and Lilly.scam. Probably they are going to sell my chairs again.

Really a very good furniture shopping experience. We ordered furniture, they did a good job doing the quote and were patient helping us with fabrics and getting the order set up correctly, and most importantly the delivery teams (we had two separate deliveries) were good. Everything came when it was supposed to and arrived undamaged. The furniture itself is pretty good, obviously Perennials fabrics are quite luxurious and a premium option for outdoor furniture (better than Sunbrella for sure--just look and feel the texture), but the cushions and frame itself are also comfortable and ergonomic. Only time will tell if the construction is top of the line, but judging by the weight of the pieces the upholstery is solid. We really like the Riviera stools they are well-known for, and although obviously mass-produced (since we see them everywhere), they don't feel that way.

Yep customer service was horrible. Ended up buying at room and board down the street.

Love some of the pieces but not worth the awful customer service experience. I stopped by today and the sign on the door says closed for lunch. This was my third time trying to go to the store just to touch one of the barstools I’ve seen online. Making an appointment is difficult at best and the sales team seems genuinely disinterested in scheduling. There are far too many options for furniture for this experience to be consistently upheld.

I have a pending order with RH and wanted a couple of alternatives (Arhaus and Serena and Lily) for living room, accessories, and patio furniture - roughly $30k. I had a 2:00 appointment and arrived 10 minutes early and there was a sign on the door that stated they were at lunch from 1-2. We came back at 2 and the door was still locked. A few minutes later, a gentleman opened the door and we let him know we had an appointment with a designer. He told us to look around and let him know if we had questions. This was not what we were expecting. If we were looking for accessories, this store may be suffice. However, for the scale we are needing, RH is a better fit for us.

Oddly how poor the customer service is. Same for online purchases. Company wide issue, I guess.
