Please don't let the name Seconds and Surplus fool you.I received a high level of quality customer service from Elizabeth. I went in scrambled but was guided every step of the way with choices of quality cabinetry, countertops, and designs. This made a major impact on my project as it was in the raw, and I needed a total service. When I say Elizabeth went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, that is exactly what she did. I am not only sold on the Dallas Regal Row Seconds and Surplus Design Center, but I also wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone and everyone about them. Not to mention my cabinets and countertops look AMAZING!I went in thinking I wanted something nice and functional while also staying within budget. Not only did that happen, but in addition my results exceeded my expectations. I am a satisfied customer and appreciate Elizabeth and her team for helping make this a great experience. Lazy staff. On 2.1.2024 @2:00 I walked into the show room looking for a 8 foot steel front door. At no point did anyone from the lazy staff speak or ask if I needed any assistance. I even walked to the sale counter for assistant. Two men where playing on their phone while one guy was working. Granted there were only two customers in the showroom....

I am a General Contractor in *****, **. Against my better judgement, my customer talked me into getting the doors from Seconds and Surplus in ********** on Arapaho drive. I went along with it because ******* (2nds employee) told me they had most of the doors in stock, and the rest they could have within a couple of weeks, even if special ordered. We ordered 22 doors, 18 ********** panel solid core, and 4 exterior all custom with *** thresholds. We started that on Sept. 28th. Seconds and Surplus was to come out and measure all the doors to insure they were ordered correctly. I paid $100 for this measure from seconds and surplus so, if anything happened and the doors were not correct the liability to fix it would be on seconds and surplus. These doors had to be exact because of the fact the customer had *** requirements and the doors could not be shimmed up from the bottom. When the guy came out to measure the doors, he measured them all incorrectly. He measured them all too short. I went back and removed the casing on the tops of the doors so I could see the actual rough measured space allowed and made my own printed document and emailed it over to *******. I brought up the fact that the doors were measured incorrectly by their measure person. I sent new measurements repeatedly through text, email and verbally. All exterior doors were wrong. Multiple doors damaged. What a mess.

The pickup ramp is small and they don't manage the traffic so large trucks from contractors block access!!!
