Bill was SO HELPFUL! From giving me directions to the store that had the most AMAZING pricing and variety of options, and he even set up the phone he sold me with service, then applied a complementary screen saver!! Hands down the best service and easiest 5star review! I also spotted super cute phone cases and a nice selection of vapes!

I recently had an experience with these guys and they repaired my device due to it being broken and they told me to come back within an hour and I returned and sure I thought they gave me a new phone!! Bc how fast and GOOD it look. I recommend everyone who have any issue with all devices to come here for fast high quality service. Thank you guys so much ??

Fantastic experience, had some of the lowest prices I’ve seen and nicest people working there. Apple quoted me 2 weeks to repair my phone and I was able to be in and out in less than an hour here AND for less money. Would recommend and will definitely come back.

I'm a truck driver that shops in big t alot! Today I stopped in the Samtech store to get my wife a new phone. Bill was the guy who helped me find the right phone. He was very knowledgeable and a great nice person overall! If you need anything go by and check him out. I'll be back again to shop for sure!
