waited 30 minutes outside curbside pick up after they said it was ready , and I spoke to 3 old ladies that were very rude for no reason,
Guy kept picking up his pants because he had no belt .

Parking lot is always filthy. You have to be blind not to see it. Most people who work here act like they hate their jobs and it shows. The Hispanic guy standing at the entrance treats you like you're going through airport security if you don't have your membership ID out fast enough. And today this ahole comes to me at 6:16p talking all loud about they're closing with the worst attitude. I told him "I know, I'm just putting my birthdate info in really quickly to the app" since I was purchasing wine. He hits me with a neck roll and a "well I didn't know you knew, we're trying to get all these people out of here..." He can be cordial about it. As I passed by him on the way to the front of the store, I noticed he "changed his attitude" after his interaction with me. This is the worst Sam's club in the area that's, unfortunately, closest to my home. Everybody needs to do better, here, or find a new job. --Oh and also, the Cafe lady will say they are out of pizza on the app every time we go here, but apparently, you have to go stand in a longggg line to order because they really aren't out of pizza. They just don't want to deal will App orders, it appears. Shameful.

First off, this Sam’s club is smaller than all the rest. I guess they wanted to give the ppl of this area something. Next, how does the cafe not have plenty of pizza cooked on a Saturday afternoon/evening? One of the busiest days of the week. The cashier told me I had to wait 20 mins for one slice of cheese pizza. Unacceptable! This was really the reason I came to Sam’s today in the first place. Won’t be coming back to this location again. I see why they hire just anyone. Lazy, unprofessional and can’t even make pizza. Wow.

I have been a customer for 5years. Since year ago I have been buying baddd fruits and vegetables!!!! I real problem with Sam's they still selling the BAD fruits. Last week 5/15/24 my daughter bought us some Fish from Sam's got ready to cook the fish and the was spoiled and a bad looking colored fish that smelled very bad. So I took the bad fish back and had to spend my GAS ⛽️ to take their BAD smelling fish back. Please watch out for their Cat fish

I shop at this Sam’s once a week . Without fail The café is always a terrible experience the young ladies that work in that area are miserable. They never have a smile on their faces and they’re always in a rush to hurry up and get away from the café. They ignore clients and they have no customer service nor patients to be working in the café in my opinion.

Please don't order from food court if u are mexican. Seen blacks getting orders asap and after I asked about my stuff I got nothing but attitude. This sams can use better employees than those girls behind the counter. Plus after eating almost 40 mins for my pizzas they were wrong. I assume they knew cuz they were laughing when I got my pizza after reading the box to know it was mine.
